Cozy, modern hotel, 5 minutes walk from the center of Innsbruck. The room is very cozy, the breakfast is delicious, and free parking is also important. I recommend it for everyone traveling for a 1-2 day stay. I recommend.

Lovely staff. We stayed in the annexe. Crisp clear instructions on its location and entry method. Very secure. We welcomed the help with our bags as the lift was being serviced. The room was excellent feet comfortable. Location first class. A few minutes walk from the AltStadt. Delicious breakfast.

The hotel room was tired looking and could do with some maintenance. Floor boards scatched and stained. Basin had hairline cracks. Some of the shower grouting looked stained.. Staff could be more warm and friendly

I read on a review that the property had AC but it did not. It was very hot. Unfortunately the room we were given was in the street side. We could not leave the window open at night due to vehicle noise and light. So we were stuck in a super hot room unable to get a good night’s rest. I suggest always to ask to see the room the hotel wants to assign in order to avoid this type of situation.

The Hotel was in a super great location and very clean. Actually family owned and lived on site. The breakfast was ample. Coffee great and desserts home made. The proprietress was very helpful and allowed me to park for free at their second property. Also made suggestions that were helpful. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Would have been nice to have breakfast an option. However, the breakfast was exceptional with lots of variety of fruits, cheeses, meats, pastries, eggs, yogurt, cereal.

We arrived in innsbruk from a night bus at 7am. The owner kindly offered us a room to sleep in (even though check in is in the afternoon). Very much appreciated! Rooms are comfortable, showers are clean and hot. We stayed in the auxiliary accomodation about 800m away and we preferred this as it was extremely quiet.

I liked my stay, I can’t think of anything I didn’t like about stay.

Location was excellent, a short walk from the old town. Breakfast room was welcoming. Food on buffet was varied and fresh. Coffee was good. The room was quiet. I had a beautiful view of the mountains. The room was very clean.

The lady who ran the hotel was extremely helpful, she assisted us with ideas for tours, what to do and where to go on our very short stay in Innsbruck. The breakfast was lovely and all in all we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

everything was sastisfying, maybe the room a little too warm in winter time. not a big problem since the cool temperature outside

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. we slept in a building 80 m far from the main one. Anyway, the room was big, clean and in a really quiet area. the staff was super kind, they allowed us to check in before the established time since the room was free. they also allowed us to leave the car in the garage after the check out time. breakfast was good and with a wide selection. position is really convenient since in 10 minutes by foot you can reach the old city center. we were satisfied also for the good price quality ratio.

Maybe a bit too hot inside the room.

Very close to the city center, the room was spacious, clean and new. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was big and clean. We stayed in a separate building, closed to the main one. Breakfast was good and the staff was nice.
