Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The instructions email was only in German, there wasn't an English version. That caused some problems for us. One can't expect guests from other countries to know the language.

We did not have any problems, the only suggestion we would leave is that a microwave oven would be an useful kitchen appliance to have in the kitchen.
The communication was very simple, we were well instructed about the key collection and got into the apartment easily. The apartment reflects the photos, very clean and comfortable. Easy access to supermarkets and transport.

The kitchen equipment was not bad, but it could be improved (soup plates, a bigger frying pan), the worst thing about this beautiful apartment was the sofa bed. Sleeping on it was a punishment. That's why I'm giving it 1 point down.
The apartment is big and spacious, everything is clean and working. The beds in the bedrooms were comfortable. Packing was at the accommodation, but for an additional fee. You could walk to the center, it was not a long distance.

A separate toilet without a basin was just a minor thing.
The apartment was a very good choice for a short business stay near the Tabak Factory. Well-equipped kitchen and comfortable bathroom. Quite close to the city centre and just a few minute walk to the Factory. The beds were comfortable. The underground parking was also very convenient, although it was paid for.

The lack of microwave oven or regular oven limited our dinner options a little bit. Decent sized plates for soup would have been good.
The cleanliness was really good, the apartment was spacious.

Beautiful spacious apartment fully equipped in minimalist retro style (mine was e5.07). Easy collection of the keys via storing box at the gate entrance. Everything was clean and tidy. It was very calm and enjoyable. I asked for switching on the heating before arrival which was fulfilled. You can easily prepare your meals in kitchen which has kitchen stove and other amenities. The bedroom bed is super comfy! There is also an iron which was handy.

I did not like that to get the code for the key of the apartment they sent me a message asking me to follow a link to another website, log in my personal data and pay some taxes, soo asking me to have put my credit card on that link outside of booking..

The directions on how to get into the flat could have been clearer. The keybox is outside block e2 but the flat is in block e3. As we arrived late at night, we had some confusion before gaining entry. The lifts take you to a midpoint between floors so that you have to either go up 12 stairs or down 12 stairs depending on which floor you choose
Excellent flat. Everything you would need for a few days stay. Beds very comfortable. Shower great, once you got used to it. (Normal size shower 600 x 700. I prefer a larger shower cubicle, when I turned round in this one my big fat ass kept knocking the controls to HOT!!!) Location was good, public transport was very efficient and reasonably cheap. Bus route 12 gets you from Hauptbanhof to right outside property. We paid 12 euros for an UBER as we arrived close to midnight, which was good value. Supermarkets within 6 minute walk and a walk into the town centre was only 20 minutes or so

Quite old apartment, some windows were not working in a proper way, sink in bathroom is not working well. Internet is awfully slow 🤦♀️ For earlier check-in (1.5 hours earlier) company charged me 20 euros. For changing of towels - 5 euros.

There is no air-conditioning and no washing machine.

As a person travelling with co-workers, I would have liked to have been in the same block as my coworkers. I was in another block and felt a little vulnerable as a stranger in the block. The apartments are located in a block of flats, some residential and others were for commercial use. It was easy to identify the differences and because of this I felt vulnerable. Some tea, coffee, milk and sugar would have been a nice touch to add to convenience and would have saved me a walk to find refreshments.
The cost and location of the apartment was ideal and close by for my customer meeting. The apartment contained all the amenities I required and was very clean and comfortable.

A noticeable downside is that one can hear neighbors talking very well. Especially when they do it in the middle of the night. Also, one should take into account that the apartment isn't reachable without taking stairs, even with an elevator.
The appartement is located not so far a way from a city center. A pool is next to the building. Also, there's a modern district with a brewery and a museum in five minutes walking. The interior is very appealing. Having coffee on site is a big plus.
