Ordering system is a big confusing and adds a bit of mental load regarding the timing of the order and return of all boxes and bottles. Access road to the hotel can be scary to an un-experienced driver because it's a narrow country road that is supposed to accommodate both ways.

We came on Sunday afternoon and it was not possible to order a lift for morning skiing. I agree that Sunday should be the day off, no need to pick up the phone. But if we knew we could order in advance.

Beautiful stylish place with unique atmosphere. We appreciated the online system for ordering services. You can choose what youll get for breakfast in the morning, order whirlpool etc. Appartment was very clean and well equiped. We came here for skiing. Werfenweng area is about 10 mins driving, Flachau 25 without snow on the road.

Stayed in the Premier Suite to celebrate my wife's 40th birthday and had a fantastic time. Everything so spacious, modern and beautiful. Loved the outdoor bath/tub, and the view from the balcony is something else! Breakfast each morning delivered to the door was amazing.

Please install an EV charger and offer reasonable prices. There is an option to charge at 1 and 3 phase power outlets. Just the price offered wasn’t acceptable.

It’s a bit up the hill in pure nature. One can hear the cow bells. A very relaxing place.

The structure of cost was a little bit confusing (cleaning cost). Perhaps they could work this in the price of the stay. Nothing really major.

Very nice fasclilities, clean and functional sauna. We had everything we needed to enjoy and relax. Fireplace was nice addition to enjoy after a day of snow games.

A 10mim drive off the main road.

Staff was very friendly and attentive. Size of apartment. Everything was spotless clean. Great views from communal terrace area. Able to eat outside. Playground, animals and table tennis available.
