Our room was not stocked well (toilet paper ran out by morning, one squirt of soap in shower, that did not get refilled); would have appreciated a kettle and some cutlery in the room as the hotel only offers breakfast

The bathroom has been equipped especially for "disabled" guests, therefore was not comfortable to have a shaving without lights in front of low positioned mirrors.

Nice location near the see side, well organised breakfast and highly equipped playing room for children. The room has a confy terasse, had open view to beach side and sorrounded by green bushes.

Malfunctioning refrigerator, unprofessional receptionists—please try to not mock at each other's English in front of the customers, they were trying at least—and lack of communication.

The location is perfect, even I got bitten by mosquitoes! Big rooms, and good breakfast! A lady in the restaurant was enormously nice, I appreciate it so much!

The breakfast situation was a bit misleading...we thought it was included in the price, but we had to pay extra. So better check all details carefully before/after your booking, otherwise the price is a little bit higher as expected ;-)

We had a nice apartment with two rooms which was perfect for the three of us. Pretty lake views from the breakfast area and the city centre is only a walking distance of 20mins away. There is also a good restaurant (Katamaran) and boat tours directly next to the hotel.

The place and location is excellent. The room and the building is new but nothing fancy. The food was also ok.

The only complaint I could have was the swallows' nest on the window net. Not a big nuisance, but they started feeding their youngs at 5 AM :D

We rented two apartments with double beds - one of them was quite big, with bathroom, kitchen/dining room. The second one was just a sleeping room with bathroom. We were nicely suprised with the size of the first one. The staff was really nice and helpful. We cycled to Rust,so we were really happy that there were bike stands in the building. Hotel is really clean and nice. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful.

They gave us a room on the first floor and outside the window is the swimming pool. Very very noisy. We asked to change a room then they gave us a room with two small beds. But we have 2 adults and one kids. I had to ask my kid to sleep on the floor.

Booked a standard room. It was really small and we felt like in a youth hostel also it was a little filthy with stained curtains and some sort of sticky substance on one of the walls. So we decided to ask how much it would be to upgrade to the new building and deluxe double rooms that worked out for us and that room was great. It might be good to describe that there are older rooms and newer ones because the whole presentation is focused on the new wooden part of the Hotel. Breakfast was good just a big fight over the scrambled eggs because as soon as they were filled up guests would storm it an load their plates as if you would eat 10 eggs at home. Maybe put up a sign that says if they won‘t eat up they‘d be charged extra.
