Nice hotel, but you need to like the look of bare concrete (which I don't...) to find the rooms cozy. Excellent & friendly personnel in all areas, good quality of breakfast, lunch and dinner melas.

Very good dinner. We have been there twice and both dinners were excellent. Overall ver good hotel to overnight. Very close to the highway, not too close to hear it. If we will travel this way again, we will definitely stay here again.

We had a dinner in the evening and only direct payment was possible. No possibility to charge it to the room. They should improve it.

The rooms had an unusual but interesting layout, it was a nice idea but for two people we were left with the feeling we were always on each other’s ways when getting ready in the morning, as the walking areas are pretty narrow.

Beautiful hotel with nicely done interior design. The garden and sitting options outside were also great. The room was very clean and comfortable. We also loved the breakfast.

I was staying in the smaller room and I would appreciate maybe an extra shelf for the clothes, like the shirts and sweaters. There was already a big clothes-rack to hang some of the clothes. s I did not ask, I am not aware if the gluten- and lactose-free meals are an option, but I haven't seen any notice of it in the restaurant. Maybe house slippers would be a nice touch and an option (just a thought), but the room was cozy even without them (huge, soft carpet). I did not see if there was any open outside terrace or a similar space to have a cup of coffee or tea, or any drink (or a meal) really, during a nice and warm sunny day. Those were the only "downsides" I could notice.

The food in the restaurant is amazing, fine dining and the breakfast service very good with a vast variety of choices. I would recommend trying the wonderful wine and spirits from the hotel's very own wine and spirits shop. There is a warm meal a-la carte service around lunch and dinner time, which I found life-saving after a long trip. I did not ask, but I am sure that hotel might accommodate the specific dietary requirements. There were vegan and vegetarian meals. I liked the fact that the majority of food was locally grown. The hotel staff, the receptionists, the chef were very nice and helpful. As of the reception staff, they genuinely strive to meet most of the guests' wishes and/or requirements. There is a hairdryer in the room (I would expect all rooms) and the iron station (professional grade) on the 5th floor to use if one needs it. During the night, there are sensor operated little lights strategically placed above the floor, so one does not need to turn on the light if one goes to the bathroom. The room temperature, A/C and the blackout curtains (as well as sound proof rooms) were perfect for a 5-star snooze. The wifi connection in the entire hotel is excellent, which was important for me and I find the work space on the 1st floor great for working. It is a great and inviting space, if one is hosting a conference, a team building or a conference. The view of the mountains is beautiful and, even though the hotel is situated in the industrial zone and close to the interstate road, did not spoil the entire experience for me. The little touches, design of the interiors spaces (industrial), sustainability and ecological awareness were a huge plus for me. I will definitely come back, that is for sure.

We were told the reception is open until 21:30. Arriving at 20:10 , the receptionist was leaving at the same time, First phrase: "We're closing, your keys are outside, didn't you receive my message?"". A "Hello, welcome to our place" would have been appreciated. I got it that you tried to get home more early if there is not much to do, but well ...that may be part of that job, isn't it ? And your hotel is focussed on travelers that come by car as you're located next to the highway.... so did you expect me to drive and check my phone / booking.com app all the time ? You had my phone number - a call would have been appreciated, not only a simple quick message via booking.com. To be fair: the receptionist went quickly outside to get the keys back out of the external keybox.... but we didn't feel welcome at that moment. Made us to get a drink from the next gas station and enjoy it in the room instead of having one at your bar.

The Room ventilation. When we got it it smelled like mould and like if someone had had a shower before we checked it.i guess it is because the shower os not physically segregated from the rest if the room. I tried to make the ventilation/heating work but it didn't. The rooms are functional but a bit small ( no wardrobe).

The staff was very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Check in was great and space at reception such as restaurant and open spaces looked great. There was a big party at the hotel...difficult to park because of it but the hotel managed to help me securing a parking place. Rooms were silent.
