A lovely hotel just out of town with great breakfast. My room was spacious and comfortable and I enjoyed sitting in the outdoor space with the view of the mountains. Great base to see Salzburg!

It was quite hot during my 3 days here at the start of July, sadly for me the biggest downfalls was no fridge for cold drinks/no microwave/and zero wifi. I used up all my data roaming allowance whilst leaving on the 4th day so had to use phone credit instead to navigate Google maps. Be careful with this..

Such a beautiful hotel in the village 15 mins bus ride to/from Salzburg. Spar supermarket 7 minute walk away for hot & cold food. Great area for exploring also. Staff were fantastic! I had a mountain view which was amazing (back of the hotel view) Never had the breakfast on my 3 night stay here, so can't comment on that. Overall I loved it

The hotel is not in Salzburg and you have bus lines just until 23:30 from Salzburg to the hotel. There isn't a lot to do around the hotel itself. It would be nicer if the hotel had a restaurant in the evening.

The host Rene was very nice and helpful . I jad a very pleasant stay. The hotel is just outside the city of Slazburg, and there's a couple of buses outside the hotel that take you to Salzburg, the stops are just outside the hotel. The breakfast is is a very good german Breakfast with eggs to your selection.

We arrived at around 19 and hotel was closed, we needed to call a women and did not acheeve her from first time.

Hotel is clean and very quiet. Breakfast included eggs, fruits, cheese, bread... In front of the hotel there is bar with a tasty beer.

There seemed to be some rules on where we could sit for breakfast depending on group size, and the host was not super patient about it. She seemed to expect us to immediately understand where we are supposed to sit.

Wi-fi issue when trying to use it at the room. That should work well for the price of the accommodation. Also, would expect water/tea facilities included in the price. Was a bit surprised with the charge of bottled water put in the room. Suggest putting a visible sign that it is not for free. There was a language barrier a bit if you are not a German speaking person.

Very nice hotel, lovely location close to Salzburg. 15 min drive by 1 bus. Lovely size of the room and the bathroom. Traditional and lovely family establishment. Enjoyed the back garden especially in the hot weather. Great choice for breakfast, could not fault it.

1 of the customer with camper and dog, came home at night and the dog without leash on nearly bit my partner sister 😔 No reception at the property, tried to ring the bell no response but then read the notice on the door that we have to call the phone so someone (a granny) will pick up and open to door for you. A granny came with mobility support, to show us the room. 😌

No WIFI signal in the rooms on 1st floor. Luckily I did not need to work from the room, but this is bad for business visitors.

The communication with the staff was ok but could have been better. The room didn't have a mini fridge or a coffee machine. The breakfast was ok.

Overall it is a good place to stop over for a few nights. The room was clean. The location is just a few kms away from Salzburg city center.

The family running the hotel were incredibly friendly, more than accompany and helpful. The beds were insanely comfortable and duvets were so cosy!! The breakfast was also great and all the different egg requests were provided for, and more 👌 The location is also the perfect distance to the main city.

Very clean..Amazing location, 20 minutes to salzburg city centre and the bus station is 1 minute away on foot..Take the time to explore the neighbourhood, absolutely spectacular..Will definitely be back.

1. they didn't reply to my requests and questions on Booking.com App at all 2.no instructions when I checked in, I didn't know my breakfast time 3.it's totally ok to not speak English fluently, however, it would be appreciated to offer written English instruction and actually reply to your guests' messages and requests on the app. Instead of making them nervous while checking-in and worrying about the almost-used-up hand soap. Not only me, I heard the same complaints from other guests.
