Really, everything was wonderful.

The property was wonderful!!! We loved the facilities and enjoyed the sauna very much. We took the cheapest room and it was still excellent, especially for the price!

We liked almost everything but one very minor thing to mention would be that the shower in our room was out in the open, in the main room rather than in a private bathroom. This wasn't a problem but it was a little bit strange.

Very good room with excellent facilities for the price. We had everything we needed and the room felt clean and modern. The staff were all extremely helpful and polite.

the shower was all with glass so no privact. so it is very difficult to be combined by siblings with opposite sex

The bathroom is transparent, not convenient for me, and my 15 years old son. There is no refrigerator and kittle.

I liked everything!

The Hotel and the Rooms were very clean and for me, cleanliness is the first thing I am looking to a Hotel. Location was near to a tram station so it was easy to move to the city center, and staff very friendly.

everything is as it is written at the description of the room there was an iron, a kettle, a hair-dryer - that’s was enough for a preparing for city-viewing) the room was clean, warm, the conditioner is working, there was a small balcony at our room close to U-station, lots of shops around thank you for hosting us

The room was quite spacious, clean and the beds comfortable. The hotel also has a sauna and a gym. Also the value for money was extremely good comparing to other hotels in Vienna. The people working in the reception were super friendly and even helped me find a good connection to the airport since I had to leave very early.

It was a fantastic,comfortable stay in the clean and friendly Hotel. The U-Bahn (Metro) is 2 min walk from the Hotel. The breakfast was really delicious. We will come back.

The furtniture was a bit older, but everything was very clean and tidy, we felt very comfortable. Location is very good and personal at the reception friendly. Definitely come back in case of next stay in Vienna.

in light of the fact that the hotel was most likely quite empty (We never saw anyone) it would have been a nice gesture to let us check in early complimentary but we elected to pay to get the room early. Housekeeping was every other day which is understandable but the room did smell like a smoking room and housekeeping didn’t replenished the instant coffee, the bottle of water, didn’t clean the glasses nor the coffee cups. There was some underwear on top of the laundry bag (from a previous guest) when we arrived. Still there after Housekeeping cleaned the room. Still there when we left.

very good location. Courtyard room was very quiet. Decent size room and yes be aware that the shower is in the middle of the room. Beds were very comfortable. good hot water and good water pressure in the shower. Room was a pleasant size.

There was a misunderstanding regarding the parking lot payment. It wasn't obvious from the booking.com page that the hotel charged a fee for using the parking garage. It only said that there was parking space available. Also, when we were checking in and requested access to the parking garage, nobody explained to us that it was for a fee. Only when we were checking out, they requested an additional payment for the usage of parking. But after discussing this issue with the hotel staff they agreed that the parking being not free wasn't obvious when booking from the booking.com page. They proposed us to pay for parking for only half of our stay there, which was a satisfactory resolution. Also, the rugs were old and stained in the room, but otherwise the place was nice.

The location is great, right near the Mariahilfer Strasse and Westbahnhof (metro and railway station). Schönbrunn palace is reachable by foot from the hotel (approximately, half an hour). Our stay included free access to the gym and sauna which was also nice, especially in February. The hotel staff was very friendly and helped us with every question and request that we had.
