The fact that I couldn’t have dinner at their restaurant; the cleaning service is every 2 days, not daily. You have to expliciy ask them to clean it; there was no smart tv in the room and no minibar.

I liked the fact that it was close to the metro station, the room was comfortable and it looked good.

The AC wasn’t working

The hotel was clean and the stuff were nice. The location is 30 min by walk to the center.I will rebook this hotel for my next trip to Vienna

The breakfast was not anything special. You should also note that the shower is a glass cabinet at the corner of the room so if you want privacy while showering this might not be for you.

The hotel is in a good location next to the Westbahnhof and Mariahilferstraße shopping street. The public transport connections to the city centre are also good. The staff was friendly and the room was nice and quiet.

for a 4 star hotel it lacks some things: - no fridge in the room - no cleaning unless you ask for it. - some parts of the room seems to require a bit of maintenance (painting, design update, etc) - night staff seems demotivated/tired/not very responsive.

Location is good, close to the train station, not too far from the city center. beds were comfortable, good water pressure. Day staff was very kind and friendly.

The carpet in a room had a weird smell. Needs a good detergent cleaning. It wasn't too bad, I would still rate it as a good property to stay.

The location and staff was bustling. Nice that it was a busy hotel at a good price. Clean room, comfortable beds. Good in room tea, coffee facilities. Good view from room. The bathing area is fancy and all transparent. Recommended for couples.

The staff was really nice. The hotel is also close to the westbahn train station and Vienna's main event hall (stadthalle). The rooms are big, clean and comfortable. Overall, a really good place to stay.

One receptionist confused me with another guest which could have led to problems with getting a receipt if I hadn't been very aware of what was going on and kept pushing. But things like that can happen so no worries. If you are planning to share one of the larger rooms with a colleague beware that the showers are completely open as an extension of the living room. Only the toilet is in another small room. Also, I am sure people from various windows of buildings that were very close could have seen directly into my room and I had to close the curtains when showering etc.

Receptionists were very friendly and helpful. My room got upgraded. It was quite spacious and nice. I like the way the shower etc is arranged.

Toilet has very obviously not been cleaned - maybe it has been forgotten as the rest of the room was very tidy. Room facing the front is very(!) noisy.

Our room was beautifully spacious. A Nespresso machine was a nice added touch, the best aroma from the mint shampoo and body wash...2 minutes walk for the tram and 5 minutes away from the train station, so a perfectly located hotel.
