- room is big - breakfast is very good - staff very friendly - parking garage very close and u can book upfront - location very good; by foot to City center; shopping mall; rail station etc and i‘ve had a room to asmall street on the back of the building - good price / quality level

- Breakfast included lots of things but overall rather cheap stuff. Cakes and croissants felt plasticy. Was hoping for at least one or two Austrian treats but most likely the food was straight from Lidl - The gymn area in the basement could do with a few extra mats and equipment. - No fridge in the room which in the hot weather would be quite useful to have

- It has gymn and sauna. - Located close to West Banhof underground. 20/30 minutes walk to city centre, but close to beginning of the main shopping street. - room is basic but comfortable and quiet

Everything! Location is so good near to underground or tram station, hotel rooms are big with complimentary drinking water and coffee machine. Staff is very friendly and cooperative. I left my luggage for 10 hours almost and was sitting in waiting area for 2 hours after checkout. They were so nice and offered me to sit as much as I want.

The bathroom was open with glass on all four sides and curtain only on one side. If two friends stayed together, it would be awkward to bathe in the open.

Sauna and fitness would benefit from longer opening hours and a changing room with lockers there.

Very refreshing sleep over during my travels. The receptions staff was friendly, efficient and helpful both in the evening and morning. After a long travel I particularly enjoyed the sauna even though just for a while since I arrived late. The room was comfy with complimentary water and tea/coffee set. Very good breakfast with large food & drink variety and good quality served in restaurant with plenty of space, many seating options and natural light.

Hotel is located close to the main city attractions. Tram and metro stops are within a 5 min walk. Breakfast was fantastic. The room itself was small, but comfy. It was very unusual to have a shower right in the room. I enjoyed staying at this hotel and would recommend it for a short stay.

The room was very large and had everything that was needed for a comfortable stay.. The location was excellent for public transport and bars and restaurants. The staff were friendly and I would stay here again. The room was very quiet at night giving us a good night's sleep.
