As you can see, the shower is glassed in. We didn’t mind, but might not be best for those traveling together but not a couple.

View of the hotel was somewhat spoiled due to the behaviour of a member of the reception staff. In summary I ordered a taxi to the airport online. Whilst waiting in reception for it to arrive a male porter asked me if I wanted him to order a taxi. I replied that I had already booked one. A few minutes later I received a call on my mobile from a taxi driver saying he was outside. I thought it was the taxi that I had booked online. Once in the taxi he put the meter on. I questioned this as I had agreed a price online already. This led to a huge argument with the taxi driver! After 10 minutes I then received a phone call from the taxi that I had ordered online!!! The porter had obviously shared my phone number with the first driver. Nobody else in Vienna would have known it. Dreadful behaviour by the staff member. I emailed the hotel with a complaint. I received no reply.

Lovely hotel, clean and modern. Location was excellent with the number 2 tram stop outside.

I don't know if it is always like this (as we stayed there on a national holiday/weekend), but most guests including ourselves tended to turn up for breakfast between 09:00 and 09:30. This meant there were not enough tables (resulting in a short wait for one) and the breakfast staff, despite their best efforts (literally running to clear the tables!), were at times overwhelmed. This didn't spoil our stay in any way though.

The rooms were clean, stylishly decorated (as is the whole hotel), and with high ceilings. We had a beautiful Signature Suite, which we shared with our 2 younger children (they slept on a sofa-bed in the separate living room). The shower/bathroom has glass walls and door, which makes the room feel much larger and airier (this however might not be ideal for some guests where showering naked in front of each other would not be appropriate and/or desirable!). The staff were without exception friendly and attentive.

See above. We were there 4 days for breakfast. One day coffee machine was weak, breaking down. The next day we got no coffee at all. Backup plans should be in place. Brew some coffee and serve guests at their table. Also, we had winter weight duvets in summer weather. A sign or card explaining the shower mechanics would have helped!

I liked the pillow custom service. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, but one day the coffee machine had troubles and the next day there was no coffee at all. There should be a backup plan for coffee machine failure. We had to go to another restaurant for coffee.

The room with the balcony was amazing. Absolutely stunning views, impeccable cleanliness, free bottle of water, and a spicy see-through shower. Staff was polite and helpful at all times. Reception, restaurant, housekeeping - everyone did their job above and beyond.

My room had no place to unpack. No drawers, no flat surfaces. Shower with no privacy is odd to me. All the hotel fitness centers, including Fleming, seem to have the Technogym Unica, which, in my opinion, is the worst piece of exercise equipment ever created.

Very nice and clean hotel, with very service oriented staff. It was very convenient to sites and businesses. I liked fact there was a fitness center.

The coffee machine did not work very well. The hotel should provide more coffee capsules to use. The coffee capsules should be upgraded. The noise from the room next to us was loud.

We couldnt get the tv to run how we wanted, it had mind of its own.

Room was great, it was big and well furnished. Everything worked. Cleaned spotless. We liked the shower near bed with clear windows - makes it spicy if you like it. ;) And the toilet was as far from bed as possible making it private, which is a good thing too. Also there were possibilieties with lightning, you can adjust the colors and the shade of lights.
