When we arrived at the reception the girl give us a choice of three rooms, we went to see them and then we choose. It was something that we didn't expect and very nice of her. The cleaning of the room every day was flawless. The staff was stunning, they helped us to find the best restaurants in town and the suggestion were great! There is a beautiful bar for an aperitive just close by, they made the best cocktails.

Walk to my room was a bit long from the lift, via long corridor. But that’s just the design of building.

Room was very nice and cozy, very clean, I had everything needed. Coffee was amazing! Staff was very helpful.

We received a room with leaky windows, where we had the wind howl into the room at night. We were able to change into another room the second night luckily.

Despite the wind howling through the leaky window, we enjoyed the ambiente and cleanliness. Also the small Gym and Sauna are nicely kept. The location is the best! Just nesr the parliament, this makes all attraction in walking distance.

Everything! Comfortable, spacious and gorgeous room! Very nice stuff. Excellent breakfast - wide selection, even prosecco! Good wellness included - long opening time. Great location!

Our room was too warm even with the radiator turned off and the window needed to be opened from time to time - which is not good environmentally. Also we could have used more hooks or knobs for wet towels etc.. I would have preferred not to shower in a glass box - I was travelling with a friend not a partner.

The food was exceptional with breakfast choices for every taste. The location was very good, just outside the old city and we walked almost everywhere.

Room was fantastic, the personnel was kind and attentive, breakfast superb. We had tram on the hotel door, very easy to move to the main tourist attractions in few minute. City centre just 5 minutes on foot! And for reasonable price

One of the outlets didn't work and the lamp on the desk didn't turn on, but it's not a big problem:)

Near to the tram or the U-barn station, the location is great to visit the city center and other sightseeing spots. The kind staff. Clean and calm room. Good Wifi connection.

The shower in the middle of the room is a little bit odd but it's ok. something that you can get use to it.

All was very good. The room, the gym and the breakfast were very good. Location next to the city hall and close the old city. Public transportation very close too.

my room was not very warm. the heating system worked but perhaps the ceiling was too high to get enough warm.

Excellent position closed to the parliament and well-served by public transportation. The surrounding area is full of lovely shops and cafes. The room was comfy and very silent. I loved the shower in the middle of the room and appreciated the good-night kit I got on arrival. Nice staff.

Gym is quite small related to the hotel size
