The on-premise Italian restaurant felt very artificial and was mostly empty.

This isn’t exactly centrally located for exploring Vienna but it’s within walking distance to main points of interest and on local transport routes. As a solo traveler I felt like this hotel ticked all the boxes-felt safe, felt luxe and modern but most importantly clean, and huge bonus: quiet. Excellent value for the property and I woke up every morning not wanting to get out of bed because it was so comfy!

Unfortunately the closest underground U2 line was closed for construction repairs and meant we had a walk to the next nearest

Hotel was reasonably priced and central. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was comfortable and had bar facilities when we returned each day

Shower made a weird noise. Shower cabin in the middle of the room leaked in the door area causing the floor towel outside to get soaked every evening after showering.

Big room , tall windows , well decorated. Excellent location 10 minutes from the nearest Christmas market and about 25 minutes walk from at Stephen cathedral and shopping area.

the metro station near the hotel is closed till spring 2023, take it into account. the wall are thin, we could hear our neighbor’s shower.

We had no issues at the hotel although it was clear that the curteous staff were eager to assist us if that had been the case

The hotel is located just at the edge of the city centre in a pleasant neighbourhood 5 mins from the Christkindlmarkt and an easy walk to other locations such as the museum quarter and Stephansdom. A very spacious room with all facilities and a comfortable bed. There are excellent cafes and restaurants located close by.

Clean and spacious room , comfortable bed, breakfast offers many options. In general after a lot of search done this was the only hotel which seemed so clean, modern and value for money. You can also walk to the City center (Innere Stadt) in 15mins passing the parliament, throught the Volksgarten (Hofburg). There are so many historical landmarks museums, parks and also a spanish riding school if interested to watch.

The shower cabin is in the middle of the room (I would have preferred a more classic shower/toilet configuration). Expensive breakfast (28€ per person), so we didn't have breakfast at the hotel. We were offered a 50€ transfer to the airport, when we asked the recepcionist to call a taxi for us, when the taxi ride costs 39€.

No view at all from my room ( 119 ). Heating sistem was not a force. First night I came down at night to the front desk to change sparkling water bottles from minibar for still. On the second day they refilled it with sparkling water making me come again to the desk late at night to change them. A bit more of attention would be much appreciated.

My room was large and comfortable. A tram stop in front going to the city centre was unbeatable. Nice restaurants and caffe nearby.
