During meals you have assigned table waiting for you which is great, you can come whenever you want and your table is waiting for you. Location is literally across millenium station, which is perfect ! Pool water is a bit cold but still enjoyable. Kids playground is great. We liked our trip a lot

Reservation with book.com was much more expensive than directly with the hotel. Kids did not like food.

    Close to the ski area.

There was one issue that affected our experience. We visited in January 2024 and again in early January 2025, both times when the hotel was fully booked. Unfortunately, this meant there weren’t enough tables for dining, and temporary areas had to be set up to accommodate all guests. In January 2024, we were initially seated in a temporary area on the first evening but were able to request and move to a nicer section for the rest of our stay. This year, I proactively requested a table in the main dining area before our arrival. However, the response was rather dismissive: 'We will gladly consider your request, but we cannot guarantee it 100% today.' In the end, we were once again seated in the temporary area on the first evening before being moved to the nicer section afterward. While we appreciate the effort to accommodate all guests, this was still disappointing, especially given our early request. For us, it’s a reason to consider staying elsewhere next winter.

I really like the hotel and its overall concept with amenities like billiards, the climbing wall, and more. The breakfast and the evening buffet are excellent. The service is great, and the proximity to the cable car is a fantastic bonus.

The location is spot-on - first row, looking at the slope. The main cable car - Millennium Express - is a minute away. The hotel is super-interesting. What the industrial design is capable of today. You are allowed (expected :-)) to walk into the hotel with your ski boots on, and continue to the room which's vestibule is a mini-depot, including ski boots blower. Both breakfast and dinner are great, spoiling for choices. Organized as a buffet, there are still a couple of chefs preparing bespoke omelette, pasta dishes etc.

Very close to the Millenium express. Pool was good and new. Also kids friendly hotel (no a lot of stairs), and very good kid zone.

Not really that I didn’t like it but the concept of ski /skiboot storage being part of each room means that you have to walk (partly on slippery PVC floor) and carry the skis for quite long distance. Furthermore, the ski-storage “pre-room” is not acustically isolated, though visually you may think you are alone.. Second thing is wellness - only shower available after sauna, a bit gloomy spaces, water tube for splashing not working in steam bath…simply some improvement would be welcome.

Good location next to cable car, enough parking lots, helpful, friendly and multilingual staff, very good food.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The breakfast was absolutely the best I’ve ever had – vibrant, diverse, and incredibly delicious. There was such a wide variety of options, catering to all tastes. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The hotel offers a huge range of activities, including a pool, saunas, ping pong, billiards, a climbing wall, and a kids’ corner, so there was always something fun to do. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great experience!

There was a minor issue with our room, but to be fair, hotel personnel gave us a better room right away upon complaint.

Well located, good beds, finely equipped room, comfy bathroom. Hotel has its own parking lot with sufficient space. Plenty of opportunities to stroll around. Freely available pool billiards tables! 🎱

Mosquito nets for the windows, since opening a window is inviting flies & mosquito's.

Probably the best destination I've been to with my son (14y), since it's a combo of both luxury as down to earth (stylish bar vs. buffet food).

While I enjoyed my stay, there were a few things that I found inconvenient. The pedestrian traffic between the two buildings of the hotel was a bit challenging, as the connection is on the 1st floor rather than the ground floor, which would be more practical. Additionally, the use of ramps instead of stairs was not ideal, and since the ramps aren’t aligned but require walking around the atrium each time, it made navigation a bit unpleasant. Although there is an elevator available, it felt somewhat redundant given the layout. Lastly, the toilet space was quite undersized. As an architect, I understand the need to economize space, but adding 40-50 cm would have made it far more comfortable to use.

I really enjoyed staying in this interesting, modern building—it definitely stands out with its unique design. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more pleasant. The facilities were excellent, and I especially appreciated that the price included a special card for extra activities. Thanks to this, I was able to take a ride up the mountain with the cable car system for free, which was a fantastic experience!

It's big with many people. Restaurants and pubs are closed after 10pm. Booking page says the price is with all taxes and fees, but you still need to pay aprox. 5 euro when checking out.

Best breakfast on our way to Venice by bike. You can put your bikes right behind the door of the room.

Even if the dinner was at buffet, not so much attention and availability to taking care about my girlfriend intolerance (lactose). Not easy to obtain dishes on request (neither pasta or beef or sweets). The room design concept is a bit unusual and to be compromised.

Quiet place. Superlative breakfast choice. Many Italian chefs. Wellness area nice and quite complete (included in the price). If you are a person addicted to many sports, they have all what you could desidere. Actually we are not but we came here due to an issue in another hotel just 4 days before our arrival. Free big parking as well as the cable car to go to the top (1900m) of the Nassfeld mountains.
