there should be more noise dampening between the room and the drying room. when the boot dryer is on it is quite loud.

Pool is ok, but sauna is not in the same place so if you want to combine those two you need to walk through cold hall, which is not nice if you are warm from sauna or pool. Rooms don't have a toilet, it is more like three toilet facilities separately. One door for a shower, directly from the bed, one door for toilet seat, and sink is in the middle of the room. There is no balcony. All together, the hotel is not bad but could use some improvements, especially for 200+ € per day per person (for double room). There is no garage. Ski depot shouldn't be in the room, so there would be more space for other facilities.

The food was amazing, staff also. Very helpful and nice. Breakfast is one of the best I had. Lot of options for breakfast and dinner. The pool is nice, outside pool is heated and has a good view on the slopes. Spa area should be closer to pool.

Worst room ever. Shame. The size is maybe 12 m2. In front of the room is a room in glass where skis are left and where the toilet has a separate sink made of concrete. The shower cabin is in the room. The insulation is terrible because from the morning the guests are wearing skis and pounding their ski boots. If I had known what the room was like, I would never have gone to this hotel, money is not important here, even if it was 50 euros per night and not 600, I would not have gone to such a room. I simply don't want to be in a room that looks more like a prison than a hotel. Literally, the walls, the furniture, the sink, the toilet, the size, the floor made of some disgusting material...

The Toilette was for me with 196cm height to small. Some of the staff was not very friendly. I think it doesn’t hurt to smile, when guest greet friendly.

The location is great. The pool was nice. The bike space in front of the room is great to have.

This hotel has the potential to be exceptional, but it falls shorts in many aspects. The rooms are not what you would expect from a 4-star hotel. It's a typical budget hotel room with plastic shower cabins in a warehouse style. The entrance areas with their half-broken locks are annoying and very noisy. If you don't want to hear your neighbors brushing their teeth (and these are the pleasant sounds), this is not the place for you. Breakfast and dinner could be exceptional, but they are average or good at best. I have never eaten worse scrambled eggs or bacon in my life (it doesn't mean I couldn't find other options). Similarly at dinner: they offer an immense number of options, but none of them are particularly good. I think that fewer options with higher quality ingredients would be more beneficial. In summary, the hotel is good, but it has the potential to be much better.

There are many things to like. The staff is friendly, the pool and the climbing area are great. The rooms are clean. You will have a large variety of food for breakfast and dinner to choose from.

Room was small and bit cold, it did not have closet to put my suitcase or clothes into… Also it would be better to have separeted locker for ski eqiupment and not in the big space in front of the room, I’d prefered it better for room to be bigger and skies and boots outside the room

The room we were staying I could hear next room when using toilets. People could see me with closed doors when I wash my teeth or go to toliet. The shower in our room was leaking too much in the room, pretty unprofessional.

notable drawbacks included poor sound insulation in the room corridor, recurring issues with key cards, a disappointingly cold pool, and the closure of the Winter Wonderland sauna. Surprisingly, the absence of pool slippers was a minor but noticeable inconvenience.

The hotel's location near the ski slopes and the quality of breakfast and dinner were highlights. The free parking and convenient ski equipment storage added to the positive aspects
