You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

SwedenThe weather was not always the best, but who is the blame for that?
As far as the host, hostess and the apartment are concerned, nothing could have been better. The host couple were very friendly, helpful and thoughtful in every respect. I (Robert) even received a much appreciated gift on my birthday. The host helped us up with our luggage and when leaving to our rental car, which was much appreciated as we are elderly. Upon arrival a very fine bottle of Austrian red wine was awaiting us in the apartment. The apartment was extremely clean and beautifully furnished. The king-size bed was quite comfortable. There was plenty of closet space, etc for our clothing. In the spacious kitchen there was a large fridge, plenty of pots and pans for preparing meals as well as utensils. The kitchen also included a ceramic-top range and a microoven. The nearby hiking trails on the periphery of the village were in good condition and provided us with lovely walks and views of the surrounding mountains. Shopping in Mittenwald and Krim is easily and quickly reached by car.

United KingdomHaving to leave at the end of the three weeks!
We stayed in the top floor apartment (Bergblick) for three weeks in June - July 2023 and loved everything about it. Exceptionally spacious, with a large living room, dining area, well equipped kitchen, bedroom with ensuite bathroom (with bath, separate shower, wash basin and WC) and also a separate WC. The highlight was having two large private balconies - one at the front, off the living room, across the whole width of the front of the house and another at the back, off the bedroom, from which we often saw deer as it overlooked the garden and forest. Having two balconies gave us the choice of sun or shade at any time of day. The owners, Frau and Herr Wackerl, were very friendly and helpful - never intrusive, but always available if we needed anything. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and we were provided with fresh towels and bed linen during our stay. The house is on the edge of Scharnitz in a very quiet location up a steep road which continues as a footpath through the forest and up to the Karwendel Valley.
