The location was not too far from the city center, but I recommend purchasing the 24, 48, or 72-hour transport card online or from the airport if possible. I found it very difficult to buy a card from shops or the train station, as no one was friendly enough to offer proper assistance. This was my experience.

The heater was on full blast and we couldn't really turn it down.

Great for the price, great breakfast spread. The receptionist was really nice and gave us really helpful tips! Easy to get to/from the airport, especially for an early flight!

The bed could have been a bit more comfortable. Would have been good to have 2 pillows as standard. The light switch was right next to the bed so very easy to knock in the middle of the night.

Excellent value for money, it must be said! Super Location, easy access from Erdberg bus terminal and also the U3 metro line. Breakfast was of excellent quality and variety. Check in and check out were both very smooth. The art throughout the property is a nice feature.

The room face to the street and lights were so strong so night was as day till it turned off. Music coming from others were noisy but I guess it's normal. I hope they had slippers. The room ramps were bit of mess.

I have only stayed for one night, so I cannot evaluate beyond that much. The room was clean, reasonable size for one person. T hotel has a big part in back, oriented away from the street, which was making it nicely quiet (that's hard in Vienna's constant buzz) . Stuff was friendly, with reception open till midnight what was appreciated. I haven't tried breakfasts unfortunately. I think it's a great service for the price, plus the location is very good to explore Vienna.

The breakfast lacked variety and was quite basic, with the same options served both days—nothing beyond the standard fare you'd find at most restaurants. In the bathroom, there wasn’t proper shower gel or shampoo, but they did provide a combined body and hair wash. It wasn’t an issue for us since we didn’t check this detail before booking, so it’s not the hotel’s fault. The bathroom also lacked a vent, which meant we had to leave the door wide open after showering to let the steam out before the next person could use it—otherwise, it was hard to breathe comfortably. The hotel is located a bit far from the city center (or maybe the city is just very large), so taking public transport is the best way to get around. Lastly, our room faced the main entrance wall, and from 6 PM to midnight, there was a lot of light shining directly at our windows. Unfortunately, the curtains weren’t effective at blocking it out completely. All things considered, this place is affordable and a good option if you're looking for a budget-friendly place to stay while visiting Vienna.

The staff were incredibly friendly and always happy to help with any questions we had. The hotel was clean and had a minimalistic design. It's conveniently located close to bus stops and the subway, making it easy to reach the city center. Plus, there are plenty of shops and food spots nearby!

It's a short walk to the U3. Easy enough to get into the city but consider this when booking this stay.

Breakfast included, this was one of the only places we stayed with breakfast included that had a hot option of bacon and eggs. The size of the room was suitable for staying a couple of nights. Billa, Hofer and other convenience stores very close by.

The hotel position was good near metro (5-10 min) and tram station (2 min). Parking place (17e per day) in the underground garage across the hotel. The room was a little small for four bedroom but it was acceptable if you dont want to spend all day in the room. The hotel, restorant and room was clean. Heating was good. There were a lot of option for breakfast and it was fresh and tasty. Sometimes the restoran was crowded with people and you need to wait for table. The staff was kind and friendly. Our overall experience is positive.

Very good breakfast, but unfortunately crowded in late breakfast time (small breakfast room), in early time is fine. The hotel is quite old and needs some renovation. The room was not cleaned perfectly, there was some waste under the bed, and there was a problem with the carpet and gaps in the wall, dirty curtains and chairs. A little more work from the cleaning team and the results would be fine.

Very nice hotel team. Perfect and smiling receptionists introducing Vienna in a few minutes. The hotel perfectly located in district far from the city center but perfectly connected with the city center with underground. Very tasty food with very tasty bread, meat. Considering the very good price these conditions are really acceptable. I can recommend this hotel

The building is old, I think it needs a good renovation. But the bathroom was renovated.

Clean, close to the city center. Very close to the means of transport. Nearby supermarkets and restaurants. Above all the receptionist was very polite and helpful!
