Simple hotel that offers good value for the price, location is fairly close to the metro, restaurants close by. Staff very friendly and helpful. Parking if available in the hotel's court, very convenient.

We would appreciate a few TV programs (e.g. news, documentary, movie, a tour through Vienna) in English. All te TV programs were in German language.

Comfortable, clean room and bathroom. Very good beds. The heating worked perfectly. Wonderful breakfast.

The breakfast was poor and the juice from the breakfast had a bad taste. The parking place was expensive and was not in the same building with the room. The metro station was a little far from the hotel (10' walking) The bad wasn't enough comfortable.

The hotel was exactly like in the photos, and we had a good price for our stay,so our expectations were met.

We liked the staff, they were very friendly, the location was very good, close to supermarkets and at 30 min of walk from the City Centre. We also enjoyed a local restaurant at 5 min away from the hotel.

Water pressure in the shower was very low and temperature was only moderately warm at highest setting

The blonde guy in the reception during the morning was really rude, he treated us like he was doing us a favour, instead of doing his job, and looked annoyed by our presence the whole time. Also the room cleaning was not the best.

it’s a very old fashioned type of hotel, in which you have the room key attached to a very big keychain, but the rooms were comfortable. However a refurbishment of the facilities is in order. Breakfast was really good with a great offer. The hotel is not centric, but is really well connected to the city centre, just 15 mins away bus bus or tram.

This Hotel is budget hotel although quite old yet well maintained, I appreciate the staff for their efforts and hospitality . Over all it was good stay. Room was big yet bathroom was little small yet its fine. Breakfast as usual good. (Being an Indian Personally I do not like that Breakfast but that nothing to blame to hotel).

The only thing that needs improvement is the smell in the room. It wasn't unbearable, but it is somewhat irritating, especially that it could be probably fixed easily.

Great location, inner city is nearby, lots of bars and cafés in the street in the direction of Am Stadtpark. There is a Penny, an Aldi and a Billa within 50 meters away. The breakfast is excellent, scrambled eggs are made from real eggs and not from some artificial powder as it is custom nowadays in a number of hotels. Liked the pictures painted on the walls (remakes of artful paintings). Altogether great value for money.

The breakfast room was too small and very crowded. The breakfast itself could be improved with more bread selections and dessert baked goods. The toilet has a separate room and the doors of the bathroom and toilet collide when opened. The parking is hard to find on the road.

Location is very ideal and it was very warm and cozy. Breakfast was ampious. Reception area was cosy and comfy. Were allowed to check in earlier too. Room was larger than expected.

The bed creaked at the slightest movement and the mattresses were terrible. We had to sleep on trifold quilts. Do something about this.

The staff was wonderful, the continental breakfast was good, everything was clean and tidy. The location is well connected to the city center and the airport.
