Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesI booked a room with 2 queen beds and 1 single. I got a room with 2 single beds and 1 queen. As we were traveling with 2 adults and 3 kids, it would have been better to have the 2 queen beds. Luckily there was a couch in the room and it was big enough for our 6 year old to sleep on. The parking spot was very narrow and small and our minivan barely fit in. It's hard to close all the curtains completely. There are lights on ALL NIGHT outside, so if you can't get the curtain closed, there is some light shining in the room. The shower had nothing to hang the showerhead on, so you just had to hold it in your hand the whole time.
Excellent location, within about a 30 minute (leisurely) walk to Prater (our destination). The room was quite large and there was plenty of storage room. The TV was easy to use. Breakfast was delicious. It was buffet style with enough options. They kept the food well stocked even though we were there on a busy holiday. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable, not amazing, but not bad either. There was an entry room with a table and 4 chairs. In the main bedroom, there was another desk and 2 closets. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

EstoniaGood location (near bus, tram and metro stop), about 2 km from the Old Town. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast had plenty of choices, coffee was very good. The hotel looked nice and was clean. We arrived earlier, and since the room was ready, we got it earlier. When we left, we were able to store our luggage until our departure at the hotel reception.

Location is great and hotel is realy worth of invested money. You can park your car in front of hotel for just 5 euro/day and use public transport in Vienna. Public transport stations - bus, trams and U-bahn are 2-5 minuts distanced from hotel.

MaltaToo much noise in the street, as we had to open the windows for fresh air as the rooms were too hot. No AC or fans. We couldn't stay in them without opening the windows. And thus was middle of April. So we couldn't sleep well. God knows in July and August. Breakfast was ok re food, but dining room too small and everyone packed like sardines. And many times we had to wait a lot to find a table. Its not in proportion to the size of the hotel. It should be larger. Lift was more out of order than actually working. Room keys are still stuck in the 80s, with a normal key and that heavy big ball as a key chain. They can upgrade this a bit, we're in 2025. Hotel in general needs some good refurbishing and modernising.
Location wasn't bad, beds were ok, breakfast was decent. Rooms were cleaned daily in a good way.
