United KingdomTwin beds are actually double beds. Ski lifts open at 8 (skiing being the entire purpose of the trip) but breakfast generally served from 7.45. Although an exception was made with breakfast at 7 when requested.

Friendly staff,clean and 10 min walk to nearest lift up to ski area(there are buses that run from 08-10 the A bus). Lift for disabled guest.

United Kingdomeverything was perfect during our stay however, be very careful when booking a studio with same sex mates! we specifically requested this room as it clearly stated three beds, this was not the case as there were only two beds, on complaining i was told this is common in austria? i dont accept this and nothing was done to correct it.
overall our large group loved this little well located hotel, the two ladies who looked after us were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble, thanks marianne

Very handy for all amenities and v efficient ski bus service just 100m away but can easily walk to Penken if you prefer. Lovely and quiet at night. Great location. Lovely breakfasts and great to have a balcony to sit out.

The hotel was exactly how it was described in booking.com. Very clean and friendly helpful staff who were happy to help with directions, local knowledge. A large choice of breakfast options. A good location two minute walk to the ski bus or on the High Street in five minutes. But was in a quiet part of Mayrhofen, but at a restaurant or bar within a five minute walk. Would recommend this hotel.

The hotel was in an excellent position. A 5 minute walk into Mayrhofen centre but in a quiet position. The apartment was spacious and well presented with a balcony overlooking the garden and the mountains. There was everything we needed in the apartment.

United KingdomHotel Garni Erler is a beautiful hotel situated only 10 minutes walk to the centre of Mayrhofen and the penken lift. The family Erler are very helpful and the service is exceptional. The breakfast is plentyful and sets you up for a day on the slopes. For a special treat use the sauna which is stunning and so relaxing. Perfection.

Germanythere is not a thing that i really did not like. i really liked the whole package. Anyhow, the rules for the spa area is very strict. it opens at 4:30 and closes 7:30 p.m. one would hope for more flexibility at this point.. but that is suffering on a very high level ..
nice, very clean and authentic Breakfast Hotel. Calm place ..perfect to shut down :-).. nice spa area. nice Sauna after a long day in the mountains..breakfast is rich and easy.. no scrambled egg and ham or so…but a great variety of fresh fruits and cereals… a decent restaurant „la vita“ is located 100 meters from the hotel. A reservation in forehand and the dinner is safe ! Nice and not too glamorous hotel. really nice family..all facilities are not too glamorous but perfectly in shape and working. ! i do absolutely recommend staying there. The A Bus (the one that you need to get to the Ski location) is 80meters from the Hotel !!! rarely i saw something more close and more convenient than that.
