We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Everything was perfect. It is a small family-run hotel, everyone is welcoming and helpful. The room was modern and the small spa area is cozy. It is a 5 minute walk to the Silvretta gondola (there is a shortcut over a bridge that Google doesn't know about). This makes the location perfect, it is quiet and you are still immediately in the center of the village. There is even a small bathroom with a shower which you can use after check-out. We will come here again and can highly recommend it to anyone.

United Kingdomthe sitting area for a group of 6 adults is tight but perfectly adequate especially for playing games etc. but we knew this before we arrived as the apartment is well described on the website so not really an issue
one of the cleanest and best equipped self catering apartments we have been in. the sauna was a lovely bonus and the changing facilities after skiing on our final day too. the owners couldn’t have been more helpful.

NetherlandsOnly small note to mention is that the website mentions there is a possibility to charge the electric car, however this is a standard power current (three phase electric power) which does not fit with the charging cables delivered these days. However there are several options to charge the car nearby at a public parking.
Excellent hotel! Friendly welcome and nice and comfortable rooms. The family is really open in communication and are really helpful. The hotel is ideally located in the village (5 mins walking to the city center and the silvretta bergbahn). Breakfast is very good, large amount of choices to start your day. We really enjoyed our stay and we can easily recommend this!
