Lack of tea/coffee making facilities in room but there was option to purchase in main breakfast room . Shower temperature was a bit hot and miss .

Fabulous location, close enough to main centre to walk to lifts and or bust stop right outside . Suite was big enough for 3 with plenty of storage and space for relaxing. Breakfast was superb with lots of choice and fresh local produce. Lovely fresh towels and linen .

Location somewhat at the edge of town. Not Walking distance with skies to Penkenbahn (but shuttle running every 15 min right in front of hotel

Warm welcome and early check-in without asking for it. Great room (suite) with Nice balcony and sunshine in late afternoon. Good spa facilities without extra charge. At day of departure we could still use the spa as our train only left in the evening. Great breakfast and service.

cozy and comfortable accommodations that were clean; the breakfast buffet was exceptional with fresh oranges to juice, lots of choices for coffee, hot dishes, yogurt and fruit.

Nothing to be honest. Everything was good

Very nice Hotel in typical Austrian style located on the edge of the village. Rooms and furniture a little old and worn, but well-kept and nice, and with a fantastic mountain view from the balcony. Excellent breakfast restaurant and good breakfast. Lovely pool and Spa area, as well as a well-sized free parking lot for guests.

Wifi doesn’t work well.

The suite was new and spacious. It was also clean with parquet floor. The breakfast was also very good with different options.

The mattress was too soft, and tended to slide on the bedframe, poor location of plug locations

Mattress was to soft and low for me ,also pillows are to soft too. There should be one soft and one hard pillow.

Toilet and bathroom is a bit tired and dated. Old style Austrian toilet with an inspection shelf.

Maybe keep an eye on the bacon and eggs in the morning and replenish more quickly. Otherwise faultless.

The ski bus stop is right outside the hotel. The facilities are brilliant. The staff and owner are amazing. Short walk into the main area of bars and restaurants but there are also bars and restaurants on the way. Plenty of free parking.

Clean, comfy, well located, nice and helpful staff. Rooms are big, saunas are great and well maintained,the pool si clean, good food swimming with water jet available, its and activity pool with water at 28 degrees, not a hot tub, ski buss right outside with good connection for the gondola and just one stop away to main station where you can take another free ski bus ( with you ski pass or 4€ without) to other ski resorts like Tux or Zillertal Arena. Breakfast is diverse, tasty and freshly made every morning. Skiing room well equipped with individual lockers and heated booths racks.Free onsite parking close to ski room.

Good location, 5 minutes walk to ski lifts and city center. Spacious and well equipped room for 3 pers. Nice breakfast. Enjoyed saunas and pool.

Room was a bit warm and it was a bit loud when we opened the windows to sleep at night.

Junior suite was spacious and comfortable. The included breakfast was very good and we enjoyed the pool and saunas. Right at the shuttle stop with great access to Mayrhofen or the train to other areas in the valley.

I think the reception staff need to up their customer service attitude. The welcome and farewell where both extremely very cold without any warmth. When my partner asked for assistance the receptionist did not have correct attitude. This obviously gives a bad impression. Otherwise everything else apart the wifi was excellent.

The room was very clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and also the parking facilities.

The apartment is a bit old, mountain view is blocked by trees

We stayed on the suite No 8 on 1/F, the bath room is particularly spacious with 2 washing basin and a separate toilet, good for our group. Breakfast was good with varieties of bread, meat, fish, ham, melons etc. Value for money.

They didnt keep waste basket in the room . Warm water in the bathroom was very slow and you need to wait long to get it warm.

The room was decent one. They had balcony viewing the mountains. Swimming pool is good. Breakfast was nice

No hot water to shower when we arrived in the evening after a long, active day. The owner's response was just weird and totally unacceptable (they suggested we first go to dinner and hopefully there'll be hot water when we come back).
