Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

There is no kettle in the room. Also no microwave etc. the property is 30min drive into Vienna. Public transport takes over an hour to reach Vienna. Minor things in some respects, as the hotel accommodation is genuinely good.
The room was huge, warm & modern. The complimentary parking in the open air car park behind the hotel was a great bonus. All ‘admin’ is done with the cafe staff in the bar at the front of the building.

We were surprised to find air conditioner in our room!! How pleasant on a hot day!! Considering the high hotel prices in Vienna, this guest room was really of good value - clean, quite, big, and modern. The location was certainly not at city center, but it doesn't matter a lot for us as we drove there. Sufficient private parking places.

The only issues were that the bathroom door was glass, which did not offer much privacy. When we sat down for breakfast we asked to move as a man next to us was smoking. I think that smokers should be outside and the doors closed.
The room was a large 2 bedroom room that was at the back of the property away from the road. The second bedroom was located in a separate room that had a pocket door. This was perfect for my daughter as there was no external exit. The main room was large, clean and came with fresh bedding and towels. The AC unit was simple to us, electric blinds were a nice touch also. The bathroom had the best shower of our trip, and everything smelt great. I have family in the area and will stay here again, no question!

Sometimes it gets really loud, but we were prepared because of the fact there is caffe at this property.
The property is pristine clean, and modern and the bed was really comfortable. There is private parking provided and a terrace. The property also has a cafe with breakfast. Nearby the property there is another great breakfast place, and two stores nearby. Even though the property is out of Vienna, there is a bus station across the street that takes you to the metro which takes you to the city center in about 20 minutes.

The matress a little bit too soft for our habits.
The room is new and big. Very nice shower. Very good location when you come by car. Free carpark. Nearby supermarket and good bakery shop. Super easy to reach the carpark+metro to get to Wien city center. The reception at the downstairs café is very handy. Free Illy café as self service: top.

What we liked ... The location near the 2 grocery shops. Place was modern and clean. Parking behind. The excellent bakery/cafe opposite. Staff were helpful and friendly. The room was cleaned each morning. Free for all, a coffee machine in the corridor with pods, sugar and milk. Bus no. 510 (bus stop is opposite accommodation) to underground station runs every 15 minutes and trains go direct to Vienna center every 15 minutes as well. Our double room had a small fridge. Free WiFi. Great value for money and would definitely stay here again!!!

Nice and clean, outside of town but close to P+R parking (5min drive). Next to coffe shop with very good breakfast. Recommend definitely.

The room was very spacious and clean. The check in can not be done before 14h but good thing is that you can do that until 22h. In the property you can use caffe machine for free. In a 15 minutes you can come to the first S-Bahn station.
