We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

SlovakiaThe room was nice, clean and spacious, with a balcony and amazing view. Our 4-years old appreciated the bunk bed, I did the floor heating in the bathroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the lady at the reception who even waited for us when we arrived a bit later than expected. Breakfast was nice and tasty with a lot of choices.

RomaniaThe Gasthaus is located in a scenic landscape, a few kilometers from the autoroute. The room was quiet and clean, and the staff very friendly. I arrived in the evening and dined at the restaurant of the Gasthaus -- the Zander was very good. I also enjoyed the breakfast, the next day. I would like to stay there a little longer and walk on the surrounding hills. The air is fresh and excelent, compared to the city I live in.

PolandThis is neither a new nor a luxury facility. The furniture and furnishings are years old. There is no lift. There is no ventilation so you have to open the windows and then you can hear everything, including the car park and other tourists. For a one night stay, when travelling by car, these are not big problems.
Convenient location not far from the motorway. Beautiful views. Cute little town. We were in summer and it was very quiet, peaceful, in winter it is probably crowded. The charm of an Alpine resort. The facility is modest, but everything you expect for an overnight stay is there. Breakfast good.

GermanyThe curse of all reasonably priced hotels, a loud fan in the bathroom. But seriously, It would probably need a bit of refurbishment but all we needed was there and functioning.
Super friendly staff. nice views, comfortable bed. Very nice breakfast. There is a restaurant downstairs, the schnitzel was just right and the beer was cold.
