We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomThere is really nothing to fault with Hotel Grosslehen. The rooms are spacious, ultra clean, have ample storage and have sweeping views of the mountains. The dining room and public spaces are stylish, comfortable and welcoming. The breakfasts and meals are amazing in the hotel and were one of the many highlights of our stay. As a non-skier (of a couple), the relaxation and three sauna areas and a small gym were fantastic for having some ‘me’ time. The facilities are ultra clean, and the wellness area had amazing views and was well stocked with fruit, teas, and flavoured water. There are also amazing walks nearby and we were issued a free public transport system card that could get you anywhere in the area. My husband who is a skier was well catered for in that there was a shuttle bus (to and from the lift), ski and boots storage room and a vast expanse of ski runs for his playground. The staff and the owners are the best! Bettina, and Marcus have done a really fantastic job in providing the best hospitality they can. Everything was thought of for the guest to provide comfort, wellness and enjoyment. Bettina is the best host - so sweet, warm and kind and every so often checks on you to make sure that everything is right. There were little touches too that didn't go unnoticed i.e. a welcome drink and snack, a welcome card in the room, and lovely good-bye present. All of this enhanced our stay and we were made to feel like valued guests and not just a number. It was a lovely and memorable stay and we wholeheartedly recommend this hotel if you want to be pampered and looked after.

The location was absolutely amazing, the chalet was clean and served all our needs. The private sauna was just the cherry on top. It was like living in a fantasy tale.
