Everything is well thought out for a relaxing, healthy and comfortable stay.

Great family run hotel just outside of Kitzbuhel but well located on the main road with parking and beside a bus stop running regularly to the centre. Wonderful walks on the doorstep too! Lovely healthy breakfasts and great 3 course dinners. We hope to return again next year!

The cleaning service did their job with the room very well, but the two coffees from the day before were left in the room.

Too noisy with many children shouting whole day in the lobby and in the corridor, whereas less control and no rules of quite hours and discipline at hotel

Even thoug there is no fridge in the room, Brigitte put our drinks in cool room snd gave us a lot of ice so we were really pleased and grateful.. She is so professional and cought up wit everything. Thank You all guys in Hachenmoos. There is realy not much to not like.😘

I loved the most location even it was by the main road but the view was mrvelous and the roud didn' t mind at all. The room was spacius and cosy. The rooftop of the hotel is a great area to relax after few hours climing. The personal, especially Ana is so kind, always with a smile and lot if jokes, so pleasant and nice..🙋‍♀️❤️ Tony is a machine (said Ana) and also very kind and helpful.🙋‍♀️ Kuitzbuhl is only 6km far which is great.

Understandably, being two single motorcyclists travelling together, the rooms we were allocated were the smallest "double rooms" that they have at the hotel. Both rooms had a double bed which had to be against one wall to accommodate it. However, these are really too small for a couple and only just adequate for a single person. The rooms and bathrooms were in excellent condition but there was insufficient space - particularly for computers and phones - the desks were tiny. We did see other larger double rooms but if staying at the hotel with our wives, we would certainly want to make sure we had one of their larger rooms. Beyond the dining room. there was very little inside leisure space in the hotel and the one room available did not have comfortable chairs.

The staff were very helpful and the owners gave us a covered parking space for our motorcycles and trailer throughout our stay without charge. The food was excellent and moderately priced. The criticisms below should not put off potential visitors who will find the hotel very welcoming and friendly.

The room felt basic like a hostel - I travelled solo and was given 1 single person blanket (for a double bed) , 1 pillow, and 1 towel (just like a hostel). Yet what I would worse and the reason I checked out days early was the remote location: if you do not have your own transportation, you rely on the bus that runs once *per hour* between 8-17h. Walking to the nearest convenience store is over 20 minutes and Kitzbühel over an hour’s walk away. Once you’re at this property, you’re not leaving easily. Perhaps that’s the charm for some, but there aren’t other facilities at this hotel to occupy your time or large communal spaces to sit in. (While there a group of guests dominates the living room.) Guests were sitting in the restaurant because there was nowhere else to hang out besides your bedroom.

The property is recently renovated and very clean.
