Very pleasant welcoming staff. We were met by a lovely lady, Isabella, who couldn’t be more helpful. The rooms were more than adequate too. Food was lovely and we had use of a private garage too. We hope to return again.

it would be great if the hotel could provide electric kettle to guests who would like to drink hot water. Nevertheless, the staff in the kitchen offered the assistance to get hot water from the coffee machine.

clean with beautiful mountainous view; friendly and nice staff at the reception and restaurant; had a chance to watch a band performance show in the middle of dinner time, the songs and singing were so great and everyone on site was enjoying the moment and some began to dance along the tunes, atmosphere ignited to the highest at the end....... a very wonderful experience after the equally exceptional tour along Grossglockner High Alpine Road

The set meal in the restaurant was disappointing and the service was quite poor in the restaurant. Breakfast was adequate. For a hotel that spoke a lot about its food I was hoping for something better especially when compared to other hotels we stayed in on this holiday.

Rooms were functional but absolutely huge - ours had a fantastic balcony. Views from the hotel were lovely. It's a really good base for exploring Grossglockner High Road. The Reception was warmly welcoming and had great insight into the area.

The room was very spacious and nicely isolated noise of the mountain river, which is just outside the hotel. We also quite enjoyed the free sauna available there.

No fridge or kettle in room, we could have used these. We were craving for coffee and needed a fridge to put our groceries. The food in the restaurant was so-so and a bit overpriced for the quality of the food served. The waiters there were unwelcoming and that left a bad taste regardless of the food itself. The coffee in breakfast could have been better..

Clean spacious room, recently renovated. The bed was super comfortable, we slept like babies - the best on our travel in Austria. The breakfast was good - varied and fresh. Price was decent, the location close to the Groslocknsr road also suited our needs. We also had a wonderful mountain and stream view from our window.

Everything was very nice. The room is verg big and was clean. we had an amazing view to the mountains. The food was good.

Restaurant closed at 20.30 so we did not manage to have dinner there as we arrived late and hotel staff didn't know if anything else is open around the area. Room was spacy enough but smell was coming from sewage.
