I really loved the decoration of the room — stylish and cozy! The view is absolutely fantastic — you can see the whole city of Salzburg right from the window, which made the stay even more special. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Everything was perfect!

Excellent location just outside of Salzburg, yet it gives you a feeling of a detached heavenly place thanks to the views and ambiance. Stylish, cozy, clean room. Room and the hotel are decorated with pieces of art, I took time to walk around and checked many of them. Sufficient parking space, which is free of charge. The surroundings are just heavenly, as I sad. Very good breakfast, as the quality of food is superior. I am thinking to come back with friends or family!

Beautiful hill just outside the city with a panoramic view of Salzburg. Old flair feeling of the house and really nice dinner options on site. Ability to go for a walk in the park.

Beautifully situated on top of hill overlooking Salzburg. 5 star Manor house with spacious room ( including "lounge" area). 5 Star breakfast with great variety and quality foods.

The hotel was closed "Rhutag" for two of our three nights so we only managed to use the facilities once, but the is normal for Austria and new this when we booked so no complaits

The only thing I would have liked is a kettle in the room to make hot drinks or access to a hot urn in the hotel. But that’s all.

The hotel and location were absolutely stunning. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The rooms, with breakfast included, were such good value for money. We were very lucky as there was a Christmas Market right outside the hotel.

Breakfast would be wonderful if eggs (at least in boiled state) would be available. On the other hand cheese selection was exceptional. Very nice and tasty with fruits or jam.

The hotel is located in a wonderful place with nice views around and Maria Plain church nearby. Fantastic place where to stay for a couple of nights and enjoy the surroundings.

The hotel is a bit tricky to get to, but, again, this is a part of the experience. You cannot have both: accessibility and tranquility. I enjoyed the latter: the view is amazing.

This is a beautiful stay if you are on a way to Alps (or back). It is a bit remote for Salzburg. Restaurant is part of the experience. Try it.

It was our first time spending a night in a Gasthaus. The smells and the noise in the entrance area were a bit much but normal I guess.

Lack of communications regarding accommodations with check in. Maybe bc it was a Sunday . Resturant closed Monday -Wednesday maybe it’s the time of year.

Everything was GREAT.

Great staff - especially at the front desk. The breakfast was fantastic and the view of Salzburg from the terrace lounge was beautiful. Great value for your money. The hotel was a 18 Euro ride to the old town and was worth the cost to stay away from the crowds in the old town.
