We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

CroatiaSpa was very basic and confusing at first. EV charger didn’t work.
Breakfast was great, rooms were super comfortable, temperature in the room was perfect the entire night. It looks new and modern.

United KingdomBreakfast choice was limited - fruit range for cereal was limited to pineapple and despite being aware that we had a glutenfree guest, no gf bread was made available. Scrambled egg and bacon needed replenishing as if you arrived later than 8.45am, there was none left! Not a problem for us as we were usually in the breakfast room by 7.30. Housekeeping could have been more extensive during our stay - although the beds were made and the towels changed, the tissues ran out and were not replaced, and we ran short of bathroom supplies.
Room was spacious and comfortable and ensuite shower room was enormouse with a powerful shower and a separate ensuite toilet. Boil your own eggs at breakfast was great as was the toaster facility. Although a limited dinner menu choice, the restuarant food was good and fantastic value for money as was the wine.

United KingdomRooms could do with a fridge in them as I had medication i couldn't chill easily. Food was good but relatively average for Austria in my opinion.
Exceptional rooms, very clean and very comfortable. Great views and setting of the hotel on the hills also.

FranceWhen we arrived the reception was closed, as on Monday apparently the location is closed. This would not have been a problem if they would have given us heads up and a prior notice on how to check in. The room was pretty. However something was wrong with the heating system. Even when we turned the heating off it was still very hot in the room, bathroom and toilet. We turned the heating completely off and during the night it was still at least 35 Celsius in the room, which made it impossible to sleep. There was no window to open. Only the door. But of course we do not want to sleep with the door open. Outside it was only 2 Celsius. If the room was not that hot our stay would have been probably better. For me it was very uncomfortable and I did not fall asleep until 5 am. The breakfast was nice and the staff friendly.
