Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

CyprusNo easy chairs in the room but high bar stools. No tea/coffee making facilties in the room, but when we asked for a kettle it was provided. Luckily we had brought our own cups and tea/coffee.
Comfortable, spacious rooms recently renovated with modern finishes. We went in July and the scenery from our room was beautiful. Owners very keen to accommodate where possible, we had packed lunches provided in cool bags for days out. Good food with a traditional menu in the restaurant.

Exceptionally friendly and efficient staff / family. The breakfast was always very good and one morning they offered to open the breakfast room 1 hour early so we could get to Spielberg on time. Nothing was ever a problem and the chef translated / printed the menu out for us in English. The grandmother apparently makes the desserts which were wonderful! They also printed out our boarding passes the day of departure. Great location if you like the outdoors and away from crowds.

RomaniaI honestly don't know, you may not pay for water even though it was a ridiculous amount ... I didn't stay long to find major defects, but if I had to say something, I would say that the light that comes on in the hallway when you go to the bathroom is annoying, at least for us...
Breakfast was plentiful and good, as well as dinner with a delicious dessert. the room was small but clean and modernly equipped with everything. The girl who greeted us was very kind and nice, I was sorry that I could not say goodbye to her. She was not there for breakfast the next day. Very quiet in the area, very green as everywhere in Austria.

SlovakiaThe rooms are very nicely decorated and clean. The property is in a very quiet location. Parking is right next to the cottage and there is also the possibility of storing bicycles. The Willenshofer family is always very polite and helpful. The chef is a master, lunch and especially desserts were a sensation. The area is full of bike trails and hiking trails so we took advantage of it. My wife and I would like to thank you for the family atmosphere. The stay was wonderful for us and we will definitely be happy to return.
