We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

GermanyThe staff gets into your room without knocking the door or giving any sign. And they don‘t go out for reasons like giving water to the flowers. They act like it is totally normal. That was a very uncomfortable and unpolite experience which I never did before. In addition to that the owner family is living in this hotel and they start playing trumpet for hours. Furthermore the wall paints and furnitures and bath are very old and dirty. I was happy that I just stayed two night here. Horrible.
The only thing I like was that the hotel is close to some super markets.

Ideal stopover in Kaernten on the way to the Loiblpass and Slovenia. I stayed for just two nights but this would make an ideal base for a week or longer, providing one had transport. Friendly staff and excellent food, comfortable room.
