Roadside and warm, (no aircon) meant we had to have the windows open, with people talking and light traffic late into the night and early the next morning, it meant sleep was not high quality

No air-conditioning (only fan), no full size wardrobe, a bit noisy.

Hotel's location (5 min walk to Schonbrun castle and U4 line). 24-hour reception desk, hence no extra charge for late arrivals. The neighborhood is safe and rich with restaurants to chose from. Small bakery & grocery nearby. Billa supermarket also within close proximity. Room size and bed quality was good. Personnel's attitude and room cleanness meet expectations.

Breakfast could be more varied. There was no plant based milk. Which was not good for vegan people or people who have allergies to dairy.

Foyer area could do with an update and more welcoming feel. It felt very open to the street and people including staff seemed to be lingering around to go for a smoke outside. We felt breakfast should have been included in the price.

Bedrooms were very comfortable clean and modern plus kettle tea and coffee. Bathroom modern and had a great double shower and everything supplied for comfort. Reception staff very helpful.

The door is not secured as it is cannot be locked from inside. No air-conditioning, but the fan works with neutral weather. The receptionist lacks for a smile so you feel not welcomed.

Location is so close to the train station, and short walk to schönbrunn. Flexibility in check in as I arrived after midnight qnd the cleanness.

There was no air conditioning in our room, however it is listed in the room description. After my complain, a fan was provided but it is not a big help during hot summer day/nights.

After check in we open our room and discovery that room is occupied. The lady at the front desk was surprised and check self. She didn't know how that was possible and give to us another room. Another day our key card didin't work so we have to come back to reception again. There is not aircondition so in the summer can be to hot. No frige in room, can buy drinks down in lobby. Parking is located 450 meters from the hotel and cost 6 euro for 24 hours but if you have problem to walk as i have it could be a issue also we had problem to get there saturday at the morning. We have try to get there but 2 doors was close and our lack someone was going out and let us in.

Bus stop 50m, subway 400m, Schoenbrunn 10-15 min a walk. Staff nice and willing to help.

Quite pricey, nothing else I can think of

Exceptional breakfast with an insane amount of both sweet and savoury options. Very big room, had no issues with keeping bikes inside the room for our overnight stay. Friendly staff. The location, despite being far away from the city centre, is decent with a lot of restaurants nearby

The room had a view to the opposite wall and fire stair. That could have been a bit better.

Very nice hotel, just in walking distance from the Castle Schönbrunn. There is a bus stop opposite to the hotel, that takes you to the city center, too. The breakfast is very good, though I was not able to see any alternative dairy products for intolerant people. The parking is free on Sunday, but not on the other days. However there is a Parking house (U4 Center) that is about 6 minutes walk from the hotel and costs 8euros per day.

The hotel does not really respond to a 4 star hotel quality. Many details are missing in the room. Such as a wardrobe, additional pillows, hooks in the bathroom for the towels. There were only black out curtains on the windows, no others.
