At the time of me staying here, the lift was not working, but will probably be fixed soon. There are not many places to eat out after 8 pm around the hotel, as it is very quiet neighbourhood.

Very nice hotel. The room was spacious with all basic amenities. Even though it is not very close to the centre, it is easily accessible both by metro and by bus, and it is within 10 minute walk from Schönbrunn Palace. The breakfast was good, both English and continental breakfast was available.

Elevator was broken but the stuff helped us with everything.

The carpets in the hallway should be replaced, many time these were a bit dirty.

Breakfast was simple but sufficient. Good coffee. Good parking /8EUR/24hrs/ in the close parking garage recommended by the hotel. Great big bathroom.

The room was quite cold and dark and just overall not very inviting, could do with making more homely e.g. rugs, mirrors, plants, etc. and there seemed to be a very faint smell of smoke. The shower also flooded into the rest of the bathroom (I know it’s a wet room but it’s like the water couldn’t drain quick enough and it started filling up very quickly!) The hotel was overall very quiet but heard some random shrieking from down the corridor quite late one night!

The room and the hotel itself was very clean and tidy. Good location, nice walking distance to underground and attractions. Staff were helpful when checking in and recommended nearby restaurants.

rooms were top notch and cozy. very warm and boutique. Nice breakfast and artwork around the place. The Ukrainian receptionist was very friendly and accommodating, always made time to ask about our trip and help us with any queries.

The 5th floor rooms were very noisy, being close to the elevator control unit (we managed to change the room by the helpful staff)

The breakfast buffet was ok but not jaw-dropping like we are becoming used to in many European hotels. if you happened to arrived at breakfast with many others, then the breakfast becomes chaotic. Coffee machine malfunctions, food turn-over does not happen at a steady pace. Maybe it overwhelms the limited staff. But again, the breakfast is functional and does the job.

It’d very close to the Chonbrunn Castle and the metro exit by the same name (U4 -green line). Bus 75A (or was it 57A?) from the center of Vienna also dropped you right in front of its doors. So what the hotel lacks for being away from the historic district, it makes up by being convenient for the castle and the public transportation. The hotel is clean, safe and functional. Not your luxury place, just a good place to do your business of going to sleep and leave your stuff safe but that’s all. And you get that for a decent price. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. They offered their help at any opportunity.

Maybe they could place a night table on both sides of the bed. The coat hangers were just 3, but they gave us more after we asked the receptionist. The olive oil and vinegar were missing at breakfast.

Good location, a wide variety of choices at breakfast. The room was spotless, the bed comfortable and the walk-in shower huge.
