Everything was good the only thing is for lunch and dinner in restaurant u have limited menu like for example for meet there was only two types one lamb and another tartare so if you could change that and have more food it will he really good. Other than this everything is really good.

It was really good rooms are really comfortable and big and really clean and bathroom, big clean modern I will definitely come back. For the location it's 3 min walk from shops but like 15 min walk from opera. Breakfast really good lot of choices i really enjoyed it.

I have no complaints.

First of all the staff were amazing and very welcoming. The lobby/restaurant was like an oasis. Lots of plants and natural light made it so comfortable. The breakfasts were good, nothing special but plenty of food freshly prepared. I had dinner once and the vegetarian options were plentiful and tasty.

The room was perfect size & decorated so lovely! The breakfast was different to what I expected (no toast & salad/hummus) but plenty of bread, croissants to have with eggs. Was nice to have something different in a new country anyway!! Location is great, walking distance from most places or if not an easy tram ride.

Pillows could be a bit more comfortable and if you are arriving with the car- there is a very convenient garage 2 min away but it costs 30€/day. Everything else was great!

Loved the design, the atmosphere, and the LOCATION! Just 2 min walkimh from Museum quarter, 10min from the center and 5 min from Mariahilfestrasse. Breakfast is included which is great. Staff was great accommodating all out needs and extra bed for the kid before arrival (thank you!)

There is everything to love about this hotel. The location was very near a metro station and walking distance to all the major sights. The hotel and rooms are fabulously decorated (you get bonus points for all the small details that are not overlooked). Breakfast is superb! The staff are very helpful. We had a lovely view and free-standing bathtub. Magnificent!

It took me a couple nights to get used to the bed's softness, but nothing to be concern about. I would have also liked a couch or a chair for my clothes, but closet was fine (I just tend to forget things there)

Despite the problem we had with the rooms, my children room was set on a different floor than ours, the staff at the front desk was very friendly and ready to assist us with our needs. They offered us free drinks in the afternoon and 20% discounts on food, which is a nice thought. Overall, it was a nice and cozy hotel.

The shower glasses need to be pulled out, cleaned, and dried properly.. so that it doesn't seem like someone just used the shower.. that was a turnoff when I had just entered the room..

The staff were super helpful and friendly.. the breakfast was delicious. The hotel is well located close to the subway.. I am grateful for the gift at the end of my stay..

A little confusion about dinner at the restaurant. Our misunderstanding I am sure but we were not able to have dinner at the hotel.

We loved the breakfast and found it to be delicious. We were happy with the location and felt tht this was a nice hotel. We were on a different floor from our traveling companions so not really close together but I think they tried. Also our rooms were ready when we arrived so we were able to check in early.

Service at dinner and breakfast was not good. Very slow and some mornings the buffet was very sparse.

Good location in museum quarter. Lovely junior suite room and good value because we booked 10 months in advance. Very clean and quiet.
