Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Stairs were difficult to manoeuvre with cases, although the young lady carried mine up 1 flight for me. When ascending to second floor the light did not come on until you were almost at top of stairs.

Triple room is quite small and the pillows were too thin compared to the ones I use
The best hotel for a walkable visit of Zell am See. Just 50 steps away are your favorite Apres-Ski bars and pubs, the Old Town, and the most famous restaurants. A comfortable parking zone is a big plus. You can leave a car there for a whole week and reach your skiing destinations straight with the lift cityXpress from Zell am See to Schmittenhöhe. Also nearby is a bus stop, where you can start a free trip to Kaprun or Saalbach (if you have skipass). Delicious breakfast with all types of food and also a lot of fruits. The hotel also has a sauna, where you can relax after your skiing or hiking in the evening.

The pillows on the beds were all too thin to allow a proper rest. I suggest to add at least an alternative thickener to avoid stiff neck after sleeping.
Very good position, close to the center and to the lake. The room was clean and the staff of the hotel very kind and professional. The presence of the parking beside the hotel is important too. The breakfast was excellent and well arranged.

Nice hotel in a good location. The balcony was nice, the room was spacious, quiet, confortable bed. Breakfast was pretty good and was able to seat outside. Friendly and helpful staff.

Rooms felt a bit old and tired.

Rooms can be a little stuffy, must get pretty hot in the summer. There was some noise from the busy road but not too bad. We didn't get a view but I imagine the rooms towards the back have nice scenes of the mountain and lake
Perfect location for the ski lift and just by the town centre but far enough away from the noise of the bars. Decent breakfast, sauna is great to use, very convenient ski storage by the entrance inside. Staff are super friendly, rooms are spacious, clean.

We fell sick during our stay. No hotel is great when you are sick.
Great location. Very close to public transport (to Kaprun), the village center, and the ice hockey stadium.

Our room was adjacent to the main street and this made our room a just little noisy.
The room was nice, comfortable, clean and spacious and the hotel is located in the center of the town. The hotel has a parking lot for the guests.

The room layout was not the best the bath room and toilet were a bit far from each other. The bedsofa was just passable.
The hotel is only walkable distance away from the Lake. The receptionist was very friendly and provided us a lot of helpful tips. The breakfast was very good.

Room under the roof without air condition - summer, outside temperature 30, room was very hot. When opened window, very noisy from the street. Also without fridge. Everything very warm.
