The rooms got a little hot, we had to sleep with the window open.

The breakfast was excellent. A lot of choices, great food.

Perfect location with a beautiful view ! Andrea was incredible!! From the time we walked into the hotel until we left, she was genuinely the nicest person I’ve ever met. All of the staff were amazing and so accommodating! Rooms are so unique with amazing views and such a close walk to the gondolas. Loved it!

Great hotel, lovely Austrian Alps atmosphere. 4 min walk to lift (easy). Centrally located to the bars and restaurants. Very friendly staff. excellent breakfast. Our room was very large, with a balcony and sitting area. Would definitely return.

Truly one of my favorite places I’ve ever stayed! The staff were so lovely and thoughtful, and the room was beautiful. I’m a young solo female traveler and I was there on Christmas Eve, and one of the staff offered to come over and chat with me during breakfast so that I wouldn’t be alone on Christmas. 10/10 service.

Everything was just perfect! The location of the hotel in the central of town, walking distance to the ski zone area and mountains. Staff was very friendly and welcoming with nice smile and assist! The breakfast has many varieties and within hotel nice italian restaurant that serves amazing italian food, fine dining restaurant! I will definitely return to the same hotel

The most charming hotel in the heart of Kitzbühel. The staff was wonderfully helpful and friendly, the room maybe not the biggest but beautifully decorated with plenty of traditional wood work and a great view from the balcony. As I was travelling by bike, they let me park my 'bike' in the lounge, where it was safe and dry. The location right in the heart of Kitzbühel was super practical for an exploratory stroll through the small town with all sorts of restaurants, bars and stores right at my doorstep. A great stay at a wonderful place.

Nothing, it was fabulous

Quiet position in the centre of Kitzbühel. A lovely old fashioned welcoming, friendly and extremely comfortable hotel. We had an exceptional room with a balcony overlooking the Hahnenkamm slope. If we come back to Kitzbühel we would definitely stay here

What not to like accept the weather that week was awful… during mid September it was 2 degrees and snowing- heavy rain

The people who run it are the friendliest and kindness I dealt with … amazing team and the hotel as been around as a guest house since 1279 … and very nicely renovated

Unfortunately there was a small construction outside that started quite early, but we had planned for an early start anyway so it didn’t matter that much.
