Parking was not available in the premises. However, it was possible to park 200m away with a small fee.

It was a modern hotel! Nice facilities. All in all, it was a good choice for our family weekend off.

The height of the pillow is too low and I fell down several times at night, resulting in a poor sleep quality. Further, there are not enough staffs and for all the requests, I need to visit the front in person m, which is quite inconvenient.

The location is great: right in the city center and everything within walking distance. The room is spacious and clean, with more than enough spaces to put our luggages. There is also free saunas available for guests, and all you need is to make a reservation. The restaurant of the hotel is also perfect, with fabulous view and fantastic food, which is never too salty or oily. The breakfast is also fantastic, with a good number of choices and almost everything, especially bread, is freshly baked.

The spa was not operational unless you asked the hotel an hour in advance so was effectively unavailable to guests and unused. It was not possible to isolate the reading light in the bedroom from the bedside light meaning you could not read at night without disturbing your roommate.

Breakfast was really good and we had a very warm welcome on arrival. The staff in the restaurant were also excellent. Location was A1. Room was clean and secure.

Ladders to the attic room is a little steep. Would be nice to have a low table or place to put bags, phones instead of floor.

Sadly my room had no views. There was a mirror placed outside the room that was reflecting onto the gym. So I had to keep the curtains drawn always as people can look in.

On site or discounted parking would've been a nice touch but not a necessity as parking wasn't too expensive at €5/day and just a 1minute walk away from the hotel.

We booked the hotel last minute and were lucky enough to still be able to book a superior room with a balcony overlooking the river/mountains. The view was beautiful. The spa/chill out area was an unexpected bonus and great that it was open until 9pm giving plenty of time to relax after a day of exploring. The bar downstairs is also great. Great service, great atmosphere and the food was delicious and really reasonable (really recommend the sandwich with roast beef). Will definitely be coming back!

We called into the hotel the week before our stay & paid in full however on checking out we were told we had not paid & needed to pay now. I told the receptionist we had certainly paid & eventually he apologised & said it was his mistake. We also had a phone call several hours after we checked in asking where we were & when were we going to check in!!!!!

The female receptionist was very helpful in booking a taxi to Salzburg for us.

location was good but no car park, i did not feel the welcome from the reception, also filling paper work took too long like filling the information of all the family member which took 15 min standing at reception after long trip. This could be avoided by filling it online. no one to support with the luggage, probably this is the country culture however where i come from this is part of hospitality of the Hotel. so value vs price it should be less comparing to the services.
