We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

GreeceThe only thing we didn’t like was the bathroom, it was split into two small separate rooms, each with its own door. One had just the toilet, and the other had the shower and sink. It felt a bit strange.
The hotel was in a perfect spot - really close to all the main sights in Vienna. The staff were very kind and helpful. The room was classic but comfortable.

United KingdomI was told on arrival that breakfast (not included in the room price) was 20 Eu but I was billed 30 Eu. Hairdryer in bathroom did not work. Shower ran out of soap and the dispenser was not refilled in the three days I was there.

TurkeyI don't understand why there are no bathroom slippers in hotels. Considering this price and the hotel, I wish they would give this too. And the bathroom could have been a little cleaner, but everything was very good.
The hotel was very centrally located. I definitely recommend it. When we came to the beginning of the street, we were going to the shopping street. Everything was at our fingertips. Restaurants, cafes and shops are within walking distance. Even though the hotel was in the center, it was very quiet and we were not disturbed at all. The bed was very comfortable.We chose breakfast included. The breakfast was very sufficient and diverse. The hotel is very old, in fact, Franz Kafka stayed here for a long time. In my opinion, hotels with such historical background are more impressive. The employees were very attentive and friendly, and every request we had was met very quickly. thank you very much
