We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The location, in a pedestrianised alley opening out into Stephanplatz, with its iconic Stephandomchurch, is amazing. Perfect! We enjoyed the hotel's convivial atmosphere and historical interest. The staff at both hotel and restaurant were unfailingly hospitable; they really tried to make us feel at home. All this for a price that seemed to us very reasonable! And - I can't help adding - this was Vienna! A fabulous city that everywhere displays all the charms of the Graben Hotel itself. Overall, I rate our trip to Vienna as the easiest and most stress-free ever, while also stimulating and enjoyable.

United KingdomThe rooms aren't that big, not with big windows like they show in the photos BUT still worth staying there. They are nicely decorated and very clean. Because it's in a very touristic area just watch your wallet when you are in the square next to the cathedral.(there are pick pockets, pair women or men together pretending to be tourists). BUT it's a safe area, just be smart.
The best thing was the location, it's in the middle of it. My mother can't walk long so it was great to be in the city center, worth paying more. The staff was very friendly. Rooms very clean and the breakfast was great. I totally recommend it.

BulgariaI liked everything except the fact that Graben hotel GRABS! They grab your money. After one has paid in advance and everything, at check-in they additionally charge one's card 30€ lying their clients they BLOCK this sum for " deposit". One knows very well when one's card is charged and when a sum is blocked. Just due to these cheap tricks they play at reception I would never set foot in this place.

Ukraine1) Surprisingly, but in the 3rd millennium there is no ventilation both in hotel bathrooms and toilets. 2) The main elevator needs an urgent repair — it dangerously and loudly vibrates all the time of use, but it seems that such a problem is a permanent one and nobody cares to fix it.

The Graben is a quaint Austrian hotel with an interesting lobby. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious. Windows opened and AC was used on a few hot days. The location simply could not be better- close to sight seeing, shopping, subway and grocery. Breakfast was fine...the very best part was large pots of extremely strong coffee. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was very thorough. Large and fast elevator. We had limited noise from the street, and no problems sleeping in the sound proofed rooms. Overall, a great stay, and I would book again.
