Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Cold pool, we couldn't use it. My wife sais it's not like a regular hotel, but more like an apartment hotel.

no air conditioning. we had a few really hot days during our August stay. But the staff provided us with a fan
The staff went out of they way to make us feel welcomed. Every request we had was answered quickly and with a smile. We really enjoyed our dinner buffet

We arrived in the hottest week of the year and the fact that there was AC was bit uncomfortable and irritating.
The room was big and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and tasty.

the lowest parking place is a bit tight.
the location is great, 3 minutes walking from the Grafenberg funicular and 7 minutes walking from the therme. the suite itself was very clean and comfortable, the sleeping rooms were big. although the hotel was full we found parking (although the lower parking area is a bit tight) the meals were tasty and rich and we really loved that we got paper packages to take sandwiches for the rest of the day.

Breakfast spread not up to expectation compared to other 4* properties and the price. Also All Inclusive should lunch and not pack from breakfast menu.

The staff could be a bit friendlier and more service-minded. The playroom was quite filthy and a lot of stuff broken or out of work.
Great location for a family with kids - a few minutes walk to the cable car. Great pool area. Fantastic views from the apartment. Apartments very spacious and well equipped.

Very comfortable accommodation for a family. It's basically 3kk apartment with 2 bathrooms so even a bigger family could fit and still feel comfortable. The all-inclusive option was perfect for us since we could pack lunch sandwiches with us on daily trips. That was appreciated. The staff was very friendly, especially with our kid, we felt very welcome as a family. Because of that I wouldn't recommend this stay for couples without children, who expect some kind of romantic getaway. Perfect location for winter and summer vacations. Definitely not our last time :)

The reception was not working after 7pm during August. In addition, there is not Air Conditioner but we were provided with fans that did the trick...
Great location and facilities, amazing breakfast choices and very comfortable stay. This place basically has everything needed for an extended stay.

The rooms aren't super new, so there are "hotel-like" carpets which I don't like, and there is no air conditioning which is not great with the global warming (it was HOT during the day. okay in the evening, but we couldn't keep the windows open because people outside smoke all the time)
Rooms are really large, we also had a cute little balcony which is great. we are a family of 5 we had to "semi rooms" and a large common rooms. each semi room had a big double bed and a small bed besides it. The hotel is just 3 minutes walk from the lifts to the mountain, and around 5 from the water park (but long 5 minutes, it is really uphill :)) we ended up not using the car at all until we left the place. Breakfast is good, and they also allow you to take food with you for the day which is something I have never seen in a hotel(!!!) that by itself is worth a 10. the pool is nice but not super warm

The power of water stream is weak.
Good location, the staff is friendly. Free parking under the hotel. The big family room with all facitilities.

Kitchen lacking any cleaning essentials. Confusing buffe area pricing, morning is 15 euro per person (small kid pay as an adult) and dinner is 20. If you order both it's 20 per day..Sometimes you pay directly to the kitchen and sometimes at the check out... very confusing and I probably paid extra because I haven't saved all the receipts. The restaurant only opens for a realitive short period (1.5 hours) and sometimes they dont refill the all the food that runs out, but start taking it away 10-15 minutes before the end. A bit expensive loundry service (20). Poor view for alot of rooms. Paid narrow parking (I saw 2 cars hit the walls there).
Big rooms with equipped kitchen. The food is quite good consider the area, which has some poor restaurants. Alot of facilities. Great location. Loundry came silky-smooth. Nice staff who speaks English. Very family oriented.

A nicer view. We were planning on doing laundry but the hotel's laundry service was fully booked.

You need to pay for parking in garage.
Apartament was realy clean and comfortable for 2 adults and 2 children, free swimming pool and sauna. Room for children to play.

Lovely hotel in a great location. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment which meant our teenage children had a room each. Lovely views from the balcony. Food was good and varied. Staff extremely hard working.
