We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

UkraineI've realized that I had some concerns about the keys but for security reasons I'm not ready to write about this (in my opinion) flaw in the public domain. I would also like at least a few tea bags for the kettle in the room.
I liked the hotel overall: great location, close to public transportation and attractions. Good breakfast. Very nice staff, rooms are clean. The hotel is suitable for families with children. Thank you!

Romania1. The bed is twin.and is separating, being unconfortable 2. Floor is cold, no shoes provided. 3. All room and bath have a lot of defects that are inappropriate for a so called 3 star. 4. At ground floor the noise is horrible, 5.30 the garbage truck is a killer. 5. No water in room....no tea, no coffee...nothing. At this point I can say is a 2star place with good position and ok breakfast, bit the owners should take action and renovate, is the only place that I was not ok to make a shower. Not willing to give a low note, as it deserves, hope that owners will take action to bring it to 3star. Ps. The parking is a lottery, first one had only one spot for 21 euro per night, a second option is at more than 500m away. In rest is over 40 euro per night.

SerbiaWe came during winter so it was very very cold in Vienna, and the heating in the rooms wasn’t that good. It could have been warmer
The location was great, the staff were super friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet was delicious. The vibe of the whole place is really cool and old timey, and you feel like you’re an 18th century princess. All in all I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel but either layer up or come in the warmer months.

Excellent location and breakfast. Friendly staff. Clean, quite spacious and very quiet room with comfortable beds and nice shower. The hotel has the oldest working public elevator in Vienna which we enjoyed using. Great transport links to the airport.

Turkeynothing to complain about expect the room was very small especially for two people.
Very good location, easy to reach everywhere by walk, 3o minutes to the Opera house and 15 minutes to the museums. If you are not a walker, tram no 2 is the route that covers the area with all the major touristic attractions in the city centre and there is a stop just at the corner of the hotel. The breakfast is very good, fresh and abundant selection of staples. Very friendly and helpful staff

Czech RepublicThe pre-Christmas stay with my family in this hotel was flawless. Although it is an older hotel, that is not a disadvantage at all. I appreciated that the room was very spacious with plenty of storage space. It was perfectly clean. Very comfortable, high mattresses and pillows. The hotel was quiet, and I couldn't hear other guests, which allowed me to sleep peacefully. The breakfast was good; I appreciated the fruit salad made from fresh fruit. The location was wonderful, just a few meters from the Rathaus. The manager was very kind and helpful.
