Note that hotel don't have it's own parking. But there are underground public parking nearby. 21 euro for day. Saturday and Sunday seems 7 euro.

The price was a bit steep. Breakfast was nice, but I've stayed in similar places for almost half the price.

The location was ideal. Shops nearby and could get to city centre easily. We would pop in and out throughout day if we needed to. Breakfast wasn't bad either.

It was my second stay at the hotel. The hotel is in a quiet street, near the town hall and the biggest Christmas market. The staff at the hotel is accommodating. You can leave your luggage at the hotel after check out. The breakfast is rich and tasty.

A bit cramped

Great location and host did everything necessary to make our stay comfortable- room was tiny but as expected - had a kettle but would have been nice to have some tea, milk and coffee etc left in room .

While we had a kettle in the room, we weren’t given any teabags etc so couldn’t actually use it. I’m assuming this was an oversight when getting the room ready, but it would have been handy to have.

Very friendly staff, excellent location for exploring the city and good breakfast. Some reviews mentioned the temperatures of the rooms - we visited in late November/early December and despite the cold weather, our room was warm enough. The rooms are basic, but have most things that are needed. The lift is a lovely throwback and feels like stepping back in time. Beds very comfortable.

Nothing, the hotel was great and I look forward to staying again.

This was the second time my Mum and I have stayed at this hotel, the first being 2019. The hotel is comfortable and clean and has a wide variety of breakfast options. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is ideal especially for the Christmas markets (in fact the biggest of the markets at the Rathaus Platz is just around the corner). Despite being around the corner from a main road there is very little noise. Aside from the market the hotel is walking distance from the city centre attractions such as the Hofberg and museums (about 15-20 minutes). The hotel is well served by both the underground, bus and tram. If you are planning on staying soon then just be aware that the U2 underground line stop by the hotel is currently closed. However there is a tram stop across the road from the hotel on the D2 line.
