Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Breakfast was good, lots to choose from. Excellent staff. Location was really good, about a 15 min walk to the city center. - The only negative thing was that the room was not cleaned, despite the ‚clean my room sign‘ on the door. However the staff at the reception were very helpful und handed over free drink vouchers as compensation. Otherwise everything was good.

The bed was a bit soft.
I like Best Western hotels. The staff was kind and very helpful. I was satisfied with the breakfast and kitchen staff because I have celiac disease ( serious gluten sensitivity). They helped me a lot.

I would stay there again, when I come to Graz. It is centrally located, but quiet, so you can sleep well. It is clean, comfortable, and the tram station is very close, like a supermarket as well. The garage is also available. Breakfast is ok, and the staff is polite.

In December 2024 breakfast cost 8€ , now is 15 , also you must self check in with tablet...stuff don't do nothing... only take cash and give key card...I use this hotel many times but now ( 2025 year) I will search another hotel..

I had requested and paid for a double bed, but upon arrival, I found two single beds placed next to each other. To make matters worse, the hooks to secure them together were positioned on opposite sides. As a result, we had to turn one of the beds ourselves and hook them together manually.
The hotel is within walking distance of the city centre and the cost-quality ratio is competitive.

Reserving a parking spot is not possible. The spots are limited. You can park your car a garage near to the hotel, the staff was helpful about it, but I think it would be great to be able ro reserve a parking space with the rooms.
Close to the city center, 2 tram lines are 2 minutes walk from the hotel. With those you can reach the main square in 10 minutes. The hotel room is really nice and clean, comfortable bed, modern facilities. The hotel is at the corner of two main roads, but it wasn't noisy.

The location is really great. The public transport lines run next to the hotel. The staff were polite and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable

The only downside was the bed, which was constantly moving, the mattress and pillows were not comfortable - unfortunately.
We are happy with the stay. Good breakfast, very helpful and nice staff and the location is also very good. A very nice gesture was that we could stay longer in the room and also the car was parked a few hours longer ... Thx 🥰💪👍

A little bit overpriced for what you get, as the rooms are a little dated, but not bad.
24h check-in. Staff clued up and very helpful and very friendly. Good breakfast. Located well in the center of the city. Parking availabe on site, albeit for a fee. But they even accomodated my large vehicle which wouldn't fit in the underground parking garage and I was able to park in the back yard of the hotel.
