Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

IndiaThere was a strange buzzing around our room, we could never tell when it began or when it ended, but it was a bit annoying in general. Other than that, it was an absolutely fantastic stay. Superb coffee in the morning, not to be missed.
Loved the aesthetic and the cleanliness. The staff were very polite.

AustraliaWe stayed during very hot weather. The wall mounted air conditioners in the rooms have an installation problem in that they need to pump away the condensation water vertically because they cannot be drained by simple gravity . The pump makes a regular (every couple of minutes) short loud noise. This noise is very disturbing if you are trying to sleep. We had to turn off the air conditioner at night after cooling the room down.
Our room was comfortable, quiet and spacious with tables and comfortable chairs.

TurkeyBreakfast was great, staff was so kind and helpful. It was clean, close to metro and team line and Praterstern is a connection point, so very easy transportation. We could consider to come again in the future. Thank you for the service.

TurkeyIt is a very nice hotel but this time i have spotted a few things i didn't like..it is a really hot period of Vienna and breakfast hall is very hot to stay and eat...it would not be very hard to place an small AC in the breakfast room...yes they open the garden to eat but mosquitos bite you...one more thing is that they have young people at the front desk, they are very "cool" young people, work very well, but they can be more smiling or at least should be having a mini eye contact while the customers get in to the hotel..you say hi then they say hi...maybe they should also put mini refrigerators in the rooms for cold water as we needed ice cubes they did not have it in the hotel kitchen and the bar service in the lobby was closing after 10...so in hot summer days you want to drink some cold water in the room but possible....pillows are very thin, even 2 pillows on top of each other does not make your neck comfortable.
It is a very nice hotel, very comfortable, clean, AC is working very well, hotel has a nice hidden garden..breakfast is very nice and they serve very good food.. i love the carpets in the corridors..very nice decoration...he hotel is very close, walking distance to the railway station, and tram..even you can walk to the main center of Vienna....this is our second time at this hotel...we love it.

United KingdomThe switch beside the bed was quite weird, so also the lamp hanging from the roof at the head of the bed. It kept going off and on, every time my husband turned in bed. Hence we both kept waking up every so often. This affected our sleep. The pillow was very flat.
The location is good, only 6 minutes walk from Praterstern station. It was pretty easy to access most of Vienna. Breakfast was nice. It was quite neat and comfortable.

GermanyOnly one thing: no one told about the cleaning fee for the dog. It is not a big deal, but please write it to make it possible to calculate it in the total bill! It was 10 EUR per day. If someone stays for 10 days it might be serious bill. - Please plan your expenses ahead! I wrote to the hotel before we checked in, that we are traveling with a dog, but in the message back to me was not mentioned anything about the cleaning fee. At the day of check in also nothing was said about the cleaning fee. The dog was openly shown at the reception. Please improve this experience and start providing such important information! Thank you, overall the hotel is a great value for the money and cozy.
Great building, comfortable location close to the center and nice inner garden (great and fresh in the summer!). Very good breakfast and friendly breakfast staff, also very good cleaning day to day and helpful receptionists. Overall cozy and calm hotel! We travelled with a 4kg Dachshund dog, so there were no problems, dog was not barking, so we usually have no problems. Additional expenses: 14 EUR for the breakfast per person. Pet cleaning fee 10 EUR per day of the stay is applicable.

AustriaSigns of amortization in the bathroom (which is otherwise clean). No minibar in the family rooms.
Friendly, easy going hotel close to Prater and with an excellent public transport connection. Large family apartments. Abundant breakfast in the inner courtyard. Very forthcoming catering staff. Quiet and peaceful. Favourable price / quality ratio.

FinlandPillows could be better (really flat). You heard the people from the next room (space under doors and foors clise to each other) too well If you are not easy and sound sleeper I recommend ear plugs. The hotel wasn't noisy nor were there any extra disturbance, just take a note if you happen to get noisy people next to you. Would be nice to have even small minibar in a room since there is no restaurant open but just for breakfast, so one could put some snacks to cool when you are staying multiple days.
Excellent location and well fuctioning public transportation both from the airport (S7 train) to/from around the city. Breakfast was really good. The staff really friendly and helpful speaking good English. The clean and functioning room and bathroom (hot water and water running well, air conditioning etc)

ItalySelf-check in, so after a certain hour there's anyone there. Room was tiny and with only a power socket to connect devices. Very old furniture and no mini-bar / fridge. The window seemed to fall apart when I tried to open it and was clearly broken.
Very good location, behind Praterstern, room and bathroom were clean, good price overall.
