if you rent the appartments you can't join the breakfast which is apparently for the rooms building... we tried to have breakfast there but told there was no place although I could understand needing to sync with the others not to come at the same time but space from what I've seen would have been the smallest issue since eating room was never full

The internet connection could be better.

There were a lot of loud kids running around. Also no toiletries in the bathroom.

The animals on site are so cute! The location is very nice and quiet. It felt very homey and the staff was wonderful too.

Maybe the temperature could be a little bit higher in the appartment, but its just a tiny remark nothing else...

Awesome place. Beautiful location, we've arrived when started snowing, and the feeling was spectacular. I was on a business trip with may family, Elsbethen is very near, and the place itself is breathtaking. AND: Really really well equipped, comfortable beds. Its a GEM.

One little concern was that the recycling was complicated because we had no bags for plastic and paper inside the apartment, but we had to take it down to the recycling room.

We loved the sorroundings, the room was great, the balcony had beautifil views, it was very close to the city by car and the breakfast was absolutely amazing. It was also very good that they had a play area next to breakfast and the playground outside.

The only thing we didn’t like was the mosquitos. There were nets on our windows but those things still found their way into our room.

The property was beautiful! Our family especially loved all the animals and the nice views. The breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

Only drawback is that property is only accessible by your own car , Uber or private taxi… there is no public transport to the property… as the location is at a hill but u need to have a car

I can't fault anything. Really perfect stay.

I loved the automated key handover and the pre-check-in option. The entire accommodation was fantastic, especially the generous breakfast. The brand-new house featured beautifully designed rooms and apartments with a focus on quality. The craftsmanship with wood and attention to detail were impressive. The mini petting zoo was a delightful surprise, especially when traveling with a child. We almost wished we could have stayed longer. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!

Lovely place with great view over the mountains but only 15 minutes away from Salzburg. A good apartment to stay if you want some rest, walk or visit the city. Bakery just 4 minutes away by car. Kitchen had everything you need and beds were good as well. Would come here again. For a stop over or multiple days.

Mosquitoes. But because we read comments earlier we had some anti mosquito plug in with us ;) Would be also nice to have small fridge in the room or in some common space for drinks and some essentials.

Very relaxing area, so peaceful and yet so close to Salzburg. Comfy room, we loved the interior design with lots of wood. We enjoyed looking at the animals too :)

More of a suggestion than a criticism, it would be nice if a mini fridge was provided in all rooms, even those that don’t have a kitchen just to at least be able to keep water fresh during extremely hot days and other foodstuffs. Another suggestion would be to provide things like body soap in the bathroom. We were on the road for two weeks staying at various hotels and apartments and amenities were always provided so when we arrived here and there was nothing, we were obliged to go out later in the evening to try to find a shop that was still open to buy soap.

Lovely family run property very close to Salzburg. There are animals on the property and we enjoyed hanging out with them before leaving for the day’s activities and greeting them when we could come back in the evening. A delicious breakfast is provided every morning and the rooms are clean and recently renovated.

The view is amazing. The rooms are spacious, clean and well-equipped. The breakfast was amazing. There was a wide selection of options and everything was of great quality and tasty. The hosts were really kind. The farm animals around the house were very cute.

Superb establishment, brand-new, meticulously furnished, beautiful materials. Excellent breakfast. Lots of animals to pet: donkeys, rabbits, goats, alpacas, horses, etc. 10 minutes from Salzburg city center, in a quiet hilltop setting. MAGIC!

It ıs a fantastıc place to stay with children. There are several types of animals and some of them are dwarf sized, so they are incredibly cute and lovely. Really calm and comfortable stay in a spacious room with all the facilities of best quality. Perfect place 10 min from Saltzburg centre by car.

A small fridge in the room would be great during the hot days. Also, a mosquito net in the windows. But that's only a small suggestion.

The views and peaceful atmosphere were amazing. We came right after 3 days spent in Vienna and the change was huge. Green fields, no crowds, fresh air and lots of mountain lakes nearby. The place was clean and comfortable, deliciuos breakfasts and coffee, fantastic beds and well equipped bathroom. Worth coming!

Breakfast started a little late (8:00) for trying to get out early to explore, but the staff was so nice they put it out early for us and made sure we never left hungry!

EVERYTHING was exceptional. The staff, the rooms, the view, the animals, the location...My family of 9 stayed in three rooms of the newly built building, it was simple and very beautiful. They balcony's all had lovely views of the surrounding area and were a perfect place to relax after touring around Salzburg. The breakfast was delicious and FRESH. The staff made sure our family of big and small eaters had plenty to eat each morning. They had a variety of pastries, yogurts, breads, meats, cheeses and cereals. They also had fresh scrambled eggs, over-easy eggs and bacon! I think the kids highlight had to be all the animals they got to play with, especially the bunnies.
