This hotel/hostel was way beyond any I had stayed in before. Even if travelling alone or in small groups, it is two people to a bathroom in the dorm rooms. A brilliant set up.

Bright, new hotel! Very short tram ride to the city centre or easily accessible by walk! Comfortable bed, huge bathroom with great shower gels, friendly and helpful staff ! Will definitely be back!

All was good.

Super good breakfast, even it’s hostel, but you have privacy, like own room for two, own bathroom with very good shower and so. Stuff very helpful, allowed to leave bag for few hours (decided not to leave). Location maybe not supercenter, but very easy to reach by public transport from train station. Really value for money.

The only down side is the parking, because it can't be reserved, but the night we came to the hotel first we were told there are no parking spaces, but then the receptionist called us to tell us there is free space, when we got into the garage, there were like 3 spots (?). Also, the getting in the garage is pretty bad, because of the angle of getimg up the garage, where we scratched under our car because it is not an SUV. Also, if ypi have questions, call the hotel number, they answer throug Booking or e-mail after a few days.

We liked almost everything about this hotel! So, the prices were better than in other hotels. Rooms cleaned every day, towels changed, even we didn't need them to be. Breakfast with variety of food, something for everyone, regularly changed dishes for more food. So close to the tram, metro, easy walking to city center. They have night shift so for arrival after midnight, someone is always there. Also, we needed our receipts printed divided, which was no problem at all. We made two resrevations for two dates one after anpther, they didn't have a free rom to keep us in, but when first reservation ended, they cleaned our new rooms first so thah we coild go im our new rooms right after breakfast, without waiting check-in after 15:00.

It's slightly too far from the centre. We walk alot when doing city breaks but it was just a bit too far out that I would of liked. Its my own fault but anyone with young children should just bare it in mind. There is a tram that takes you near by the hotel but for us it was just additional time spent traveling and when you have kids, it's nice just to be very central. The first day the shower was nice and warm, however the last two days we really struggled to get the water to heat to the right temperature.

Hotel was lovely and clean, very spacious and staff were very nice. Breakfast was lovely.

The breakfast was not perfect. The personnel were very polite, but the choice of food is rather slim. I did expect to have broader choice. There was a large stain on the floor, but it did not bother me as such.

The price was ok comparing to many other hotels in Vienna. The personnel was friendly. The room itself was quite large, which I did enjoy. And unlike in many other hotels, I could open a window to let some fresh air in – I really liked it.

This was simply a fabulous stay in an immaculately maintained comfortable good value hotel. The location was ideal for us and the area was quiet but with ample eating establishments and shops for food purchase. Public transport was a short distance away. The breakfast was first class for both quality and quantity. The staff were friendly and courteous. We loved it.

Clean but cozy room, good breakfast, 20 min walk from Schottentor, or 20 min to the Opera by tram. Metro line U1 and U4 are at a walking distance

if i had to name one thing then it would probably be the location. itself, the location was great, in a quiet street. but we had to walk up and down stairs with our heavy suitcases when we arrived and departed, and also to get to public transport. we didn’t mind it so much, but keep it in mind if you’re disabled or anything!

the room was big and clean, with a soft bed and big bathroom! the shower was really spacious and also really amazing. towels and a hairdryer were also included. the room was isolated well, we couldn’t hear anything from outside. the staff was more than friendly and helpful, always ready to answer any questions and always saying hello and bye when we left or came back. breakfast was delicious and had a big variety, even gluten free options for my friend.

Internet was a bit slow and unreliable by times.
