Amazing breakfast! Cleaned and great!!!

The breakfast could well be richer, for example the choices of cereals, bread, sweet spreads, and other components. In summer, in particular, it would be desirable to have a fridge in the room, to keep beverages cool during the night.

The geometry and internal architecture of the hotel rooms is really smart, they appear much more spacious even than they probably are. Very functional and clean design, it's a pleasure staying there. The rooms facing the inner courtyard enjoy a paradisiac silence, offering untroubled sleep.

Pillow was little soft

The clean hotel - everywhere. The friendliest reception staff we encountered till now in all of Europe. The area close to public transport! Fantastic!

The room was rather small and narrow. The bed just fit in without much space to the left and right. The window was hard to reach.

The most is OK.

I like every thing, comfort bed, private bathroom, and nice sales price. There is 24 hours reception. The night shift staff helped me more. Anyway, I think that ladder to climb to upper bed should be bigger. I pay much for transportation​ to schonbrunner​ palace so buy 24 stunden Wien may be more comfort. If you plan to take U bahn, I think the nearest U station is rather far. The nearest tram is around 400 metres, I think it is OK.

Everything was amazing! We enjoyed our stay a lot. first of all, the staff was really very nice and helpful the rooms are well organized and clean, the breakfast is excellent with many options, with a very nice breakfast area the location is in a quiet area, 5 minutes walking from the metro station

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very clean, well designed, the rooms are very comfortable and clean. The breakfast is very good with many options, the staff is really very nice and helpful especially Omar in reception and Simon The metro station is 5 min walking and easy to get to all the tourist sites in Vienna very lovely and recommended hotel🤍

One of the receptionists (probably a newer employee) was extremely slow and a little bothered we were waiting standing up for her to finish. It took about 30min for her to check in 2 guests. Omar on the other hand was hands off the nicest and most helpful person we encountered. So it might just be a glitch. Hopefully she will learn to do things faster. 🙂

Good location, very nice rooms, nice breakfast. All in all would return again.

The only thing was the shower drain, it seems as though it was partially blocked as the water from the shower took a long time to drain and there was a strange smell after having a shower. Truth be told, we didn't mention this to the staff at reception as it wasn't a huge bother personally for us as we spent most of the day outside and by the time we came back in the evenings/nights, the smell wasn't there anymore, although I could imagine for some of you reading this, it would be a huge deal, and some of you like me won't care! Still book this hotel if you don't mind being away from central Vienna and are happy to catch a tram and get there and want a a nice spacious modern room away from the hustle and bustle of Vienna.

Location wise it is away from central Vienna, but it is quite well connected via tram D with the stop only a 5 minute or so walk that will take you to central in around 15 minutes. Modern up to date rooms, friendly staff, breakfast is good, a very good night's sleep as the surrounding area is residential.

Since there was no partition between the rooms, the voices of others could be heard.

The location of the hotel was good for us, close to their underground/subway system, and pretty easy to find. Close to some parks as well and overall a very calm and silent area. The room was very good, the breakfast had everything we needed and the staff was friendly and always ready to help. Being a top-floor room, it does tend to get a bit hot if you have your windows closed, but of course, once you open them it ventilates quite quickly. You could also hear the elevator system from time to time, but it isn't bothersome in the least.

The view of our room wasn't good. We looked at the inside place of the hotel that has a terrace accessible for everyone and people who walked out could see inside our room.

The breakfast was really good and the beds where very comfortable. They made up the room everyday and they left 2 bottles of water and tiny chocolates!
