The room had a comfortable working area. The location was good for me, arriving from Krems in a direct train. The area seemed save and quiet.

the key being broken was a pain however the staff were so friendly about it, it made it barely feel like an issue!!

this was the dream hotel! we stayed in the dorms and having stayed at many a hostel dorm I can safely say this was by far the best! me and my friend got our little nook to ourselves! complete with a private bathroom for the two of us, big comfy beds, under bed storage and locker space, a little bench to sit on and a common area at the end of the hall. the breakfast was outstanding and the staff were so helpful. Omar was one of the best workers I’ve ever met. Helpful, attentive and funny too which we loved! the key to our room was broken so we would have to get staff to come unlock the room each time. Omar and the other staff members did this with no hesitation and no complaint and really make all the difference.

The room is a bit on the small side and little bit too hot (although we tried to lower the thermostat as much as we can. Opening the window to cool down the room came with the unpleasantness of the street noise.

The location is excellent. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was good. The room was clean and comfortable, and the extras care offered to accommodate our little fury companion, our little dog, was exceptional, especially with the nice cozy dog bed and blanket, food an water bowls already in the room by the time we arrived.

The bathroom could've been a tad cleaner.

The room was very cosy, warm. clean and we had all the facilities we needed. It was the perfect place to crash after a full day of visiting and wandering on the city streets. The location was good, near to the city center which could've been reached by foot or public transport. The breakfast was delicious and various and last but not least the staff was super friendly, respectful and helpful. We'll consider for sure choosing again a hotel from this chain.

The only thing that we could say was the room was a little cold, and the room hasn´t a heater, or we could find it.

The attention was great, with really nice staff. Also, the breakfast was incredible, and the room was nice, and there was water and a small chocolate when we arrived at the room. The experience was great, and we would definitely come back if we travel to Vienna again, I recommend it, also, we could leave our backpacks in the hotel for the day, and we really appreciated that.

Lovely staff, great central location (5 min to most attractions. the breakfast was tasty and plentiful. cleaning staff were attentive and daily. the room is a nice size for a couple.

The hotel was pretty far from everything - about 40 mins to the centre by foot, but that's just Vienna. I highly recommend buying the City Card for the public transport and additional amenities

but the only thing that was kinda weird is that we booked a transfer from the hotel to the airport and they had informed us that the price is 50€ but the driver asked for more when he dropped us off
