The rooms are not cozy. Ventilation turned on during the night multiple times without any reason. It smelt a bit from the canalization pipes. Expensive parking and dog staying

Location wise, not an ideal place for a foreigner because this is a suburban area and you won't find a lot of activities nearby. Also, the room wasn't exactly the type that would lighten your mood.

I think all guests have to stay in one floor. and our neighbour snoring all night and I can hear it. and open doors was problems because of keys.

We requested twin beds, but received a double bed with separate duvets. The room is very small with no bedside tables. The bed is placed in front of the window, if something falls behind it, it is very difficult to ge to it. Had a plaster left from previous inhabitants next to the bed and was just left there by the cleaning staff.

in the treatments of the staff especially in the reception when they got the room wrong they made me pay triple and they didn't want to return the difference and I was arrogant

The room had a horrible view even if i asked in advance for a nice view room and i paid for a superior room It was’t really clean in the room, the carpet had some dirty spots and also the windows. The stuff from breakfast is very rude( especially Ramon about i made an official complain at reception), if you want to take some extra napkins or food he tells you “that’s too much” at an OPEN BUFFET. It’s crazy at a 4 stars hotel from Europe, it never happened something like that to me in any other hotel. Also no bathrobe, bathkit or slippers in the room

Brekfast not very rich and all day the same. Room is too, too small. You cant normaly enter the bad. BAthroom is too small. Another room was fine.

The room was a bit small and awkwardly furnished. Breakfast choice of food could be improved as we had the same selection every day.

I very much enjoyed staying at Hotel H+. The staff were very welcoming and pleasant. Breakfast staff in particular were outstanding. The hotel is clean and for my purposes was very well located close to my meeting place.

Some of the guests were so loud arriving late at night, leaving the light on in the room which can affect your sleeping since some of the bunk beds are side by side and hearing others is inevitable! It'll be good to apply some strict rules so the guests would be more considerate to keep the noise down.

I like how creative they were designing the rooms and the bunk beds, and surprisingly it was relatively comfortable considering we stayed in the dormitory of the hotel. Breakfasts was lovely and staff were kind and professional.

Bad location, unwelcoming front desk ladies who will ruin your day.

nothing and I say nothing because of the front desk ladies who has no idea how to welcome people. I arrived with a smile to find out a lady with no smile and kep saying Fffff Ffff for no reason. She called her manager to help but her manager is worse than her. She insisted that I give another credit card as a warranty because the card I gave her is not working for some reason. I have contacted my brother who is in dubai and took his card number but she said that sorry I need to see the card. She was looking at me in a way that made me feel am a thief or something. I was exhausted after a long trip but seems that in this hotel they don’t appreciate such things. As an advise, go to Ibis Style hotel. It’s amazing and even though it’s a 3 stars but they have treated me as a 5 start hotel. So welcoming people, super clean, very close to downtown, metro and tram stations nearby and above all they didn’t even make me wait for minutes and gave me the key and ask me to even pay the second day if I wish.

they advertised a room on booking.com with pictures, which in reality turned out to be a dormitory. I then had to upgrade to for a total of about €120. travelling to vienna all the time and for this money there are much better rooms in the city. also, i don´t like the misleading advertisement.

At check in we weren't told where/when breakfast is, we weren't told when check out is (out room cards were deactivated 1 hour before check out time, so we couldnt get into our room), the room looked clean, but we later found a piece of glas beside the bed, under the bed there was a lot of dust and other filth. The bed itself was okay, the bathroom also okay.

Parking on premise is small but at least it's available (20€/day)

air conditioner wasn’t cooling , the shower area was filling up with water & wasn’t draining quick enough . there was no refrigerator , coffee machine provided in the room .

We had a terrible sewage smell in our room the night we arrived - not the best first impression. The next day it was fixed but on day 3 it returned. There are no tea & coffee-making facilities in the room (although it mentions a kettle in a Superior Room). There is no fridge. We could hear people talking in the room next to us as well as elevator sounds. On the night we arrived we were welcomed by a Russian-speaking receptionist that talked to us not like a member of staff but like an old friend and even assumed our political views simply by the fact that we also speak Russian. He also continued speaking Russian even though my husband is British, so I had to translate everything for him. The overall ambience of the hotel/rooms is off and it's definitely not a 4-star hotel. It doesn't match the money we paid for it.

Even though we weren't entirely happy with our stay, there were some things that we loved. The beds were incredibly cosy and comfortable, and the aircon always worked. The room was facing a beautiful and quiet backyard. The majority of the staff is very welcoming and lovely, especially in the restaurant area - this really improved our impression of the hotel! Breakfast was delicious and varied, and the restaurant was beautiful. There was a free water station near the reception. The location of hotel is close to trams that can take you to all major attractions.
