Very clean, modern and big room. Good bed and pillow. Shower was also good. Breakfast was good, lots of choices. Lovely breakfast room. Metro very near, easy to go everywhere. Big foodstore downstairs. We got a room very early and we could leave luggages to the hotel till evening. I really recommend this hotel.

The plus: 1. Big room with a lot of space and enough seating for four. Also a desk with additional sockets. 2. The toilet and bathroom are separate. Very comfortable in a multi person room. Also there are public toilets available on floor 3 of the hotel (3 stall for each sex). 3. Personal socket and a place to place your items near each bed. So useful and comfortable. 4. Good lightning in the room and the bathroom. Light in the mirror. 5. Perfect location near the entrance of metro station. Shops and supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The small minuses: 1. The room does not have a mini fridge or a kettle 2. The breakfast is the same on all days. It has good enough variety and options but it is the exactly same every day. 3. The air con in the room is not temperature adjustable. It is the main unit kind and you only control the fan. Can't say if it's good as we stayed in spring and it didn't need it to work too hard to warm or cool the room. It was fine.

We recently stayed at this hotel and were completely satisfied with our experience. The location is fantastic, right in the UBan station, making it easy to get to all the attractions and restaurants nearby. The room was very clean, and we really appreciated the daily change of towels. The staff was friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with any questions we had. The breakfast was delicious and varied, providing a great start to each day. Overall, it was a great choice for our stay, and we would gladly return! We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and well-located hotel.

It was a little bit cold for me in the room but it was more related to how tired I was than with the temperature itself. Not something thay t I didn't like but maybe its worth mentioning: The elevator system became overflown (and consequently some delays happened) at some point due to the impatiance of a group of young teenagers. it resolved by itself in like 5 minutes.

The room was well organized and very clean, the systems in the room were in proper order, the breakfast was diverse and tasteful (and started at 6.30 during the week - which was a very good thing for me). Very close to the undergroud station.

I stayed for four nights in a room on the 5th floor. It was very clean, modern, and comfortable. The bed was great. I also liked the blackout blinds and curtains – they helped me sleep well. The hotel is right next to a metro station, so it’s easy to get around. You don’t hear the trains in the room, which is nice. Breakfast was also very good. No matter what time I came, there was always food, lots of tables, and everything was tasty. The staff at the front desk were always friendly and helpful. I would be happy to come back again.

Our room was spacious, with separated bathroom and WC, which was very comfortable for a room of 4. The room was new, clean. The beds at least for me were comfortable and i slept very well. The room had a nice view to the city. Also i should mention that ot was surprisingly quite as a whole, even though the hotel was right above the U bahn and a street. The breakfast was wonderful - it was very balanced, with choices for vegans, gluten free, with plant milk, nice coffee and tea, very delicious sausages, fruit salads, etc.The staff were helpful. We had a medicine for our child that should be kept on a cool place, so they agreed to put it in a fridge at the reception, for which we are very thankful. The only negative thing i can mention is the fact that the card dis not work on the building entrance and at night there is noone to let you in the hotel. The elevators were easy to manage ;)

We booked a standard double room. There was no wardrobe in the room. It was relatively cold even with air-con turned on max heating. Other than these two items all was fine.

Breakfast could be more varied.

Hotel room was simple but spacious, clean and comfortable (no fridge, no kettle). Breakfast ok, sufficient, enough space even when busy . Great location! - Ubahn, stores, restaurants. Check in/out very fast and trouble-free.

The pillows could have been a bit harder but that's just personal preference. Although I remember having booked a double room, there were only two single beds put side by side and since they were on wheels, we usually ended up having a gap in between them. The lobby and the restaurant were a bit too strongly perfumed for our taste. It was not an unpleasant perfume but especially at breakfast or lunch or dinner time it felt a bit overpowering. The doors have a closing mechanism that is so strong it sounds like the door is being banged. We had some groups of teenagers on our floor who would constantly visit each other in the evenings and move from room to room and it felt a bit like a doves nest with the doors banging every couple of minutes. It should be possible to adjust the closing mechanism to make it close softer.

The property is in a very good location, next to the subway station. You can reach the center of town in about 15 minutes. Schonbrunn palace and gardens are a 10 minutes walk. The room is equipped with modern furniture and electronic controls for lights and shutters and AC/heating. The control didn't work in the room we were initially given but the friendly staff at reception changed it to another room right away and we were very satisfied. The windows cancel any noise from outside. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast is very good too and there is a self service restaurant throughout the day and evening. The kitchen staff was also very nice and helpful! There are lots of shops and different dining options around the hotel that are tasty and not very expensive. We had a surprisingly nice stay and warmly recommend this property! We will come back for sure!
