Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The hotel was very clean and in the great location next to metro stop. There’s a parking available for extra fee, but we were allowed to leave our car on the check out day for as long as we needed. The staff was very helpful. The rooms had all the needed facilities, so our stay was really great.

New hotel, nice rooms, wonderful breakfast and really helpful staff. Very good location, right near the U Bahn station Meidling Hauptstrasse which facilitates transfer everywhere in Vienna.We had a wonderful stay here.

Unstable internet during one morning, very flat pillows
Clean, comfortable, nice view on the city from the 10. floor, big breakfast buffet, good location (right at the end of a metro station, next to a shopping mall and a few minutes to Schonbrunn)

The elevators are a bit weird to understand but I guess that’s because it’s a bit more high tech than I’m used to. After a couple of times struggling, it made sense and then it was fine. I would maybe add a second pillow for each person.
The hotel is very modern, the room was nice and chill. The staff was always friendly. I was afraid when I read the comments of people complaining the air conditioning wasn’t working and that it was dirty. I didn’t experience this at all, the air conditioning worked perfectly. Also the breakfast was very diverse and good. I don’t know what people were expecting to have complained it so much.

Some elevators were not working properly, so it took some time to get to the right floor.
Clean, spacious rooms with all amenities. Lovely staff. Good breakfast. Great location!

There was a strange smell in the room upon arrival, however it disappeared soon after opening the window. I found it difficult to operate the EV charger’s system so finally I decided to let it be and went for a supercharger on the way back home.
Breakfast was delicious. There were EV chargers in the car park. Parking lots in the basement were very obviously marked with blue paint on the floor.

The room was at the end of corridor, which is fine, but I think because of that, the shower was next to the sink but the toilet was next to beds and we need to go around the whole room next to beds to wash our hands after using it. It was a bit inconvenient.
As whole, it was a very nice stay. Especially the breakfast had a very good variety and also coffee machines were pretty good.

The pressure of water was very weak

The water pressure in the rooms is really bad, which was a bit annoying. There's no mini bar in the rooms. And during our last day, they started to collect the food from breakfast at 10:30, although we were told it's until 11.
Very good new hotel with breakfast. The location is perfect - the metro station is right under the hotel and you are a walking distance to the Schönbrunn Palace. Very clean, comfortable beds. It's almost perfect, but it can get even better.

The room could have been a little bit cleaner.
The place is next to a subway station and a shopping mall. Everything was very straightforward and uncomplicated. Rhe breakfast was great, with options for people with special eating needs.

They took 30 more min after 3pm to get the rooms ready. It was a bit difficult to wait after the long flight travel. But the staff were very helpful.
The location was wonderful. Just few steps form the subway train station. Just 1 km feom the Schronnbrun Palace. The Hotel is neat and well maintained. The breakfast was very good. Well lit rooms, comfortable beds.

Noise! Beware that they offer dormitory style bunkbed rooms and that means hoards of high school and college tourist groups which made for hectic breakfast in the morning and lots of yelling, doors slamming, and running in the hallways at night. Great hotel but they need to work this out. It was completely out of control sometimes after midnight. They seemed to acknowledge the issue but that they would not do anything. So bring earplugs!
Brand new hotel with great rooms and views. Great breakfast already included. Very clean and modern. Helpful staff. Great location 15 minutes on subway to city center. Walking distance to Schonbrunn. Great mall with supermarket under the hotel. Subway entrance right in front of the hotel. Great Pizza place right outside. Residential neighborhood with everything you need. Great value.
